Weather app says breaking my steering column and denied it after he tried to get in it to replace something and he also flattened all my tires completely so he can reach in my truck that is not that high.. also replace my serpentine belt and told me it was a AC or compressor that would be a 750.00 fix when it wasn't that it was a pulley tensioner. I could tell you more but probably don't need to save your money

I went to keep Keith Epps Automotive to get my car inspected.. I was out in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and professional . You have to make an appointment to get your car inspected which is much better than sitting around waiting trying to figure out who's next. I definitely recommend this establishment not only for cars being inspected but Auto Care also Update I visited Mr.Epps shop and to. My surprise he was very Rude. He was cursing and yelling in front of Patrons. I was very disappointed because I like his work. However his customer service skills are very unprofessional and it has caused me to go elsewhere. He needs to do Better . If I could give him a zero I would. He also needs to learn how to respect Women.

I feel like I'm at home whenever I come here sadly it's not many employees anymore because of covid I usually get my cars inspected here but there wasn't anyone to do it I hope everyone eventually come back though they're all so cool and down to earth 🙏🏻

I went in to talk about putting on a water pump kit for my car he was nice and polite he explained what he had to do to the car but he was short on help he told me to bring the car back another time I'm going to call him so he can get it done for me

this last visit wasn't so great he had a very nasty attitude... needless to say I won't be returning
