Excellent service, very customer friendly. They installed lights under my daughters jeep. I had went to 3 other places. Everyone made it appear it was difficult. The gentleman at the KC Rim Shop never mentioned how hard it was and was extremely confident. The price was also better than competitors. All around great service. I highly recommend.

Called 7 different shops around the metro for custom interior light install, all of which wouldn't or couldn't do the job. KC Rim shop took on the job and got it done correctly 👌

Do NOT bring your car here! I bought new wheels and new Tire pressure valves. I returned twice to get them to fix the TPS and the guy was rude. It never worked. He also messed with my maintenance controls which had to be fixed. I believe he was attempting to just make the tires show they were good even if they weren’t because he didn’t know how to fix it. The TPS still doesn’t work but I will NOT go back or let them touch my car. I then went to Costco for my regular rotation and they found that my lug nut stud was broken off! I considered taking them to court and believe I would have certainly won, but it was not worth my time. Of the $1,500.00 I spent, the TPS was only 150 and the estimate I got for the lug nut stud was about 500. It’s worth $600 for me to never see these people again! I am sure they bank on that a lot. (Especially the really ANGRY “woman” who works at the front desk.)

The guy working was super nice and even though he was busy and didn’t have what I needed on hand he got ahold of the warehouse and made sure I got all new tires and rims that same day. 10/10 would recommend!!

These guys are always fast and friendly. I’d rather pay this shop a little more and get great service then pay the big box stores that sell tires and get the run around. I always drive out of my way to use these guys.

I was referred to KC RIM SHOP by Brad at Mr. Tires on Hickman mills drive in KCMO. Brad advised This shop is the best in town for figuring out problems with rims. I came in and my problem was handled quickly and fast. I received new tires, new rims, new censors, and lifetime warranty of tire repairs. I appreciate KC RIM SHOP for taking care of me and provide affordable pricing. I will choose and refer KC RIM SHOP over and over again 👏🏾

Outcome was great. I can in one day with my sub and amp asking if I could get it installed in my Audi. That day we set up an appt for the next week and they were able to get it done the same day as appt. Everything looks awesome. 👏
