The Guys at the 161 Dublin Granville Rd location were so helpful and courteous to us. After we decided to purchase tires the install was so streamlined and timely. The guys had me in and out in under 30 mins with a brand new set of tires. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Will not take my car anywhere else for tires.

I've been coming to the 161 location for at least 6 years and have bought 3 sets of tires here. Went in today because I had a leak, couldn't be patched. What can I say, the guys here are great. They'll help you find a tire in your price range, new or used. Always friendly, and get you in and out in no time flat. I'll be back.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I went up to Katz Tires. The service was great! There was a nail in the tire and was fixed really fast. Glad I choose them!

I called thinking I needed a tire replacement for one of my tires, and over the phone they suggested it may just need a repair. I appreciated this, they could have made more money selling me a new tire but chose customer first. As a salesperson, I appreciate the honesty and integrity. They were extremely quick, and every one was very friendly. Definitely recommend them for tires :)

They are very busy, so I'd suggest to come early as possible. They were great...took their time to make sure you have the proper size for your vehicle. Even though they may be short handed they do their best to accommodate everyone that comes in their doors.

Valve stem cap was stuck on one of my tires. I couldn't even get it off with pliers. Experts here fixed it in 3 minutes and filled up my tire with air! Definitely using this place for all future rim and tire purchases and repairs when possible!

Very good service. Got me in and out in 15 minutes. Service provided cost $50. Other places wanted $150 for the same service. Will go back when I need tires. All personnel were polite and cordial.

If you see these guys using floor jacks instead of a lift run and go elsewhere. They allowed me to drive off the lot without telling me they damaged my car and then played dumb when I returned one hour later.

Very efficient, replaced two TPMS sensors at very good price, less than $100 spent out of pocket and less than an hour spent in the shop. Knowledgeable staff friendly and very happy to help, will return for used tires soon for my fleet
