I was extremely pleased with the services that were provided. The mechanic showed up on time we spoke more about the issue I was having with my vehicle then he began to repair it. He was prompt, very knowledgeable about the vehicle issue that I was having. He was finished in a timely manner. I definitely will use Katy Mobile Mechanic again in the very near future. And I will definitely refer others to him! 🏆 The best part was the prices were very fair and reasonable.

This is by far the best customer service I've ever received. I needed a new starter. The mechanic arrived at my job and began working right away. He kept me informed of his progress and gave me detailed accounts if what was being done. I've recommended him to all of my friends. Thank you!

Odrigue is absolutely an experienced mechanic ,he came 1 hour and 20 minutes after my call ,and quickly diagnosis the issue why my car can't start,I thought it was the spark plug ,but he found it was the battery connector ,and then he changed and cleaned some part of the battery and explain me the detail very well, and the price is very affordable,I really enjoy this experience, it is fast easy and relaxing.

One of the best in the business! I have used Katy Mobile Mechanics twice and they have been great! My first service with them was due to my SUV cutting off on me while driving and having to get it towed to my home. I called Katy Mobile Mechanics and they responded immediately. They came out to my home within a few hours and found the issues immediately. They replaced some major parts on my vehicle and replaced my radiator and some hoses. My SUV has been running great since their service and Mr. Bernard and his son Yves were honest and explained everything to us. Since then, they have also changed our oil on our other vehicles and made sure that they were all diagnosed and ready to drive. They don’t try to oversell anything and are very thorough when they find any issues. They also did a great job of telling us about timeframes for the work being done and kept us updated every step of the way. We will be long-time customers from now on!

The starter went out on my 2013 Traverse. I called Katy Mobile Mechanic and they came out the same day and got me back up and running. They are very reasonably priced. I could not ask for a better experience with a mechanic. In fact they are now my go to mechanics and I will call them for all my car needs.

These guys are amazing!!! My starter went out last minute. I called early am on a Saturday and they were working on my truck within a few houses. They are quick and very professional!!!! Once finished they even checked my battery and made sure my truck was good. I highly recommend using them. Without them, it would have cost much more adding a tow bill and most likely been out of a truck until late Monday.
