Miguel worked on my “new to me” 2015 Lx570 to fix a few electrical gremlins that had been bugging me for a while. I know it’s not a quick and easy diagnosis, for the diagnosis only, a certain Lexus dealership quoted north of a grand. Miguel kept me updated on the progress, and the whole thing was done excellent and timely. I honestly think I can rely on these folks for my future maintenance and repair items. I am taking our RX here for future needs too.

I called to ask about their pricing and they told me that $150 just for diagnostics !!! Toyota dealership charges $89. If the diagnostics only is $150 I can imagine their (Reasonable prices). No thank you

Wonderful experience! Miguel was very upfront with explaining the issue and did the needed repair at less than half of what the dealership quoted me! He also recommended other small repairs and was great about being informative and not at all pushy. I plan to run this car until I cannot anymore, so I appreciated him giving the entire engine a once over when he had it pulled out. Car runs great now! Would highly recommend this shop!

Was recommended Katy L&T Auto Care from my neighborhood group and we were very pleased with them! From the get go, everyone was very nice, friendly and communicative. Immediate communication from the beginning of the booking process to them following up a few days after my repairs to make sure everything was running good. Miguel was who we worked with and he was awesome. Up front about what was wrong and they were clear with what the costs would be. They were even able to help us with the additional repair of my door lock and getting tint added on to my 4runner! Service was quick as well! Dropped car off of Friday and was able to pick it up Monday at lunch. We already and planning to bring our Tacoma in for repairs next! Highly recommend working with Katy L&T auto care.

I had a great first experience with Katy L&T. This shop was exactly what I was looking for, as one who has owned Toyota/Lexus only vehicles for many years. My GS350 was perfectly repaired on a prompt timeline and as scheduled. In speaking with Miguel, it’s apparent that he is knowledgeable of these vehicles and is familiar with the ins-and-outs that might leave more generalized repair shops astray. Will use again.

Amazing mechanics shop! Had a strange noise in the front suspension. Miguel diagnosed the car and it turned out that it was due to brake rotor that was incorrectly installed by other mechanic in a different shop. Miguel spent about an hour to diagnose the noise, including lifting the car, taking the wheel, brake caliper and rotor off, reassembling everything back, test driving the car and etc. Unbelievable part is that Miguel and Leslie did not charge me anything for the work they have done. They told me that they did not use any spare parts and that is why I don’t have to pay. But for sure they have spent their valuable time! Big thank you to Leslie and Miguel!

Great shop for my Land cruiser, the owner is always interested in sharing his knowledge. Great place for getting your vehicle repaired, highly recommended. He even took time to looked over my old Jeep with recommendations for upkeep.

This was my second time using them and I was again very happy with their service. They told me upfront earlier in the week when I first called that they’d be busy and to bring the car in on Thursday, which I did. Once the car was dropped off, they called me later that morning to let me know what the issue was and by noon they’d given me the costing. One of the issues turned out to be a non-issue and they were honest enough to tell me that - not something you find at every repair shop! My car would have been ready the same day except for the fact that I replied late for them to go ahead with the emailed scope of work. I got my car back on Friday with the main issue completely resolved to my satisfaction! Would highly recommend this business!

I will ONLY bring my cars to Katy L&T Auto Care for service. Leslie and Miguel are so honest, very trustworthy and do a great job. I have used them for several years now for regularly service on our Avalon, Highlander and Corolla. Recently, the check engine light came on while driving to Houston. I called Leslie at L&T Auto Care and she was able to get my car that SAME day. It turns out that the cause of the engine light was a dirty sensor. Miguel cleaned it, changed the oil in the car (because it was needed) and that was it! I was only charge for the oil change! I highly recommend Katy L&T Auto Care to anyone. Leslie and Miguel are good people.
