Mal cervicio lleve mi camioneta ase como un mes para cambiar un sensor de pedal melo cambiaron y me llama la señora que atiende que mi camioneta no lo eceptava porque compre uno de una marca diferente ala que ellos usan tuve que pagar dos veces por el servicio y el mecánico me explica que la parte que me cambio no tiene nada que ver con la falla que presentava mi camioneta en ese momento la cambio y quedo bien entonces no recomiendo este taller no sirve aparte esas señoras que atienden no saben nada..

Cannot recommend this place enough. Been going here for quite some time. They are my fo to for all things mechanics. Good prices, do not tell me hundreds of things are wrong, etc. Def a good spot.

I JUST HAD ALL SHOCKS AND A FRONT BRAKE REPAIR. Honest, reliable, and affordable mechanic. We love the whole family and have trusted them with our cars for over a decade. YOU CAN ALWAYS TELL IF YOU HAVE A GOOD MECHANIC....BECAUSE THERE ARE NOOOOOO BROKE DOWN VEHICLES SURROUNDING THE BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT. FERNANDO IS A AND HIS TEAM ARE GREAT MECHANICS!

I go there and ask about maintenance on my ABS due to a light being on. A lady comes out of the back office. Very rude and wants to talk to you like you don't know the process of diagnosing the issue. Once I sensed her attitude I told her I'll just take my vehicle to the dealership. She said OK with no want to try and help. Not sure what they would charge but they lost out on me spending money with them and a potential customer moving forward.

I wish I didn’t even have an option to rate them a 1 star rating. This business is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic communication skills. I don’t understand why anyone would spend their money here, given how poorly they treat customers and deliver low quality service. Incompetence is not acceptable for running a business especially when you specialize in a specific service. While I appreciate the poor attempt to maintenance my sibling’s car, it’s clear y’all need to drastically improve how y’all handle both your services and your customers. Do better. Be better. Take the advice from your poor reviews, they might get y'all somewhere.

Been taking my cars here for years. Well not any more. Took my truck there for an inspection. They told me it will not pass because the third brake light was out. I asked them if they can fix it and they stated yes, that it was just the bulb and will replace it. Well a few days later I get in my truck and the smell of wet carpet was unbearable. Got a water hose and sprayed the roof and it started literally raining in my truck from the break light. We got a lot of rain the other day and all that rain water came in the truck and now everything is soaked. Called just to let Fernando know that this happened and to be careful next time he does an third break light bulb replacement and I guess he got offended as he started arguing back with me, telling me my light was bad and needed replacing. Anyways, I removed the light put a bead of silicone around the gasket and now it’s not leaking. Now I have to lift the carpet and have a blower running to dry out everything. The mistake was understandable but the arguing back and blaming the light shows no accountability and very unprofessional. I will no longer take my vehicles there.

DO NOT GO HERE…. I brought my van here a few times to have something fixed with the AC and then also because my coolant was leaking and they fixed the tube connected to the coolant. After each time, I brought my van here to be serviced. Something was wrong with another part of the vehicle every time. I do not recommend this business because they will fix one area and something else will be broken shortly after.

Can’t be trusted!! Had to change all breaks and rotters after 2 months of having them installed by them, even though I brought the parts . Dint seem like they actually did the job. Just took my parts can’t find other explanation as of to why after 2 months they needed to be done again.

Brought my truck for a diagnosis and they basically told me it would take a day or two. I left because it should not take this long for a diagnosis but I decided to come back and the lady was very rude and told me they can no longer diagnosis it I would have to Come back the following week. I do not understand how you would turn down some business and be rude about it. Glad I left after seeing the reviews

I always come here for my oil change. For my last oil change I went somewhere else and my maintenance required light turned on 2 weeks after. They helped me figure out they just didn't reset it correctly after the oil change. Will continue coming here! Everyone is super nice, knowledgeable and welcoming!

Moved to the area and found them around the corner. Everything has been fine for basic things. However, you are never allowed to speak to the mechanic and the front lady tries to make you feel like you know absolutely nothing. We took the vehicle this latest time to get work done and of course the bill was pricey and all parts had warranty. It started acting up 3 days later and we took it back they made us feel like the issue never happened and said they can’t do anything if the vehicle isn’t doing it right at the moment. Vehicle started acting up again took a video of it to show and they said nope they wouldn’t look at it still. Their final word was they accidentally over filled it and that’s why it was leaking. Horrible service will not return to this shop again.

The mechanics do a really good job BUT you have to bite ur tongue when dealing with Anyone working there. They are All Rude for No reason! Even their prices are reasonable. The Disrespect is So Real. Its run by the owners wife and she is combative right out the box. No eye contact and talking down to u. Questioning if u really know what u are asking to have done and if u really understand what you need. Repeating herself as if u are stupid and gets offended if u get upset at her treatment Lol. Ive witnessed and felt the Disrespect. Sooo. Good work , Good price , Horrible Customer Service.

I'm selling my car on Craigslist and a interested costumer tells me they want to get a diagnostic from this place, I bring the car and let the mechanic take it in, 10 min pass and he tells me the car doesn't want to start, I went in with the mechanic to see the car, he had a diagnostic computer connected to it, I disconnected it and the car started right away, I instantly told them to stop what they're doing and cancel everything, I still had to pay 40 to this SHADY mechanic shop.

TLDR: They charged me almost $800 + possibly thousands more for something that didn't need to be fixed. Read all the 1 star reviews telling you what these people did because I believe those reviews 100%. holy smokes where do I even start. I rarely write reviews but i'm writing this to warn you all. Been using them for over 7 years for all 3 of our cars since we moved to Katy despite knowing they have bad reviews, and they've been ok for oil change/inspection so we kept using their service. I went because of a noise coming from inside the car and they said I need to fix a bunch of stuff for almost $800. Also told me if that doesn't fix the problem, the transmission needs to be replaced. On a car with only 40k miles... I decided to try it, but later called them and asked to cancel the order they made for the parts delivery, and the front desk woman hung up immediately after saying 'no problem'. real professionalism there. I went to a different mechanic and they said nothing is wrong with the wheel nor the engine and assured me that the noise from inside the car. I made an appointment at the dealership and it turned out to be a loose engine cover and they fixed it for free. Needless to say, my family wont be coming back EVER. I like to support family owned businesses and i know lots of other people want to support them too, but this place ain't it, y'all. do NOT trust them with your car. save yourselves time and hard earned money and don't go to this place. Extremely shady and unprofessional. read all the 1 star reviews, there is even a review from their ex-employee. they don't deserve nothing but 0 star. shame on you fernando and his fam. y'all ain't getting my money.

They have advertisments out front stating that they are also a muffler shop but clearly they're not. I came here on a Saturday at around 12am. I told the lady I wanted to get mufflers put on my car but she said they were closing soon so they couldn't. They close at 2pm on Saturdays, I'm sure they had time. Anyways I came back on a Tuesday, then I tell the lady again that I wanted mufflers put on my car because it was too loud (i have a straight pipe). She then proceeds to tell me that adding mufflers will make it louder, that I'll need a whole new exhaust system. She's clearly not educated on how exhaust systems work. So they end up lifting my car to look at it. I even showed her a picture of how to add the mufflers, it was a basic simple job, just cut my pipe and weld a new muffler. I couldn't even go into the garage to speak to the mechanic because the lady is like the middle man or the "boss", who knows how accurately she relays messages and she needs to be more educated on how mufflers work. Anyways they put my car back down and bring it up front and the lady says they have to order a whole new muffler/exhaust system for me. I told her I only wanted a muffler welded to my current pipe not order a whole new muffler, like what the heck. They're just trying to make money and charge for labor. According to all the other bad reviews, I shouldn't have even came here. They wasted my time.

I have sought automotive repair from Fernandos multiple occasions and in each case, there always seem to be a reason why things can't be done. On two occasions in particular, a window repair and an engine repair, I was basically turned away and told it wouldn't be possible to complete the repairs because they do not know how to charge me for the job. I was once asked to provide a deposit for repairs up front even though payment was guaranteed by a warranty company they've worked with. The answer always seems to be "no" or "come back later". The staff is Hispanic and I am black. I hesitate to say this is the reason but I am left with a lot of questions.
