After one of our cars was T-boned, we immediately contacted Katy Custom Finishes and were fortunate to work with Nathan. From the very beginning, Nathan was incredibly helpful and took charge of the entire process. He kept us better informed than the insurance company did, providing updates and answering our questions promptly. It was a relief to have someone so responsive and communicative during such a stressful time. The repair process took a few weeks, but when we got the car back, it looked and drove like new! We were really impressed with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. It’s clear that Katy Custom Finishes takes pride in their craftsmanship. We’re very grateful to Nathan and the entire team for making the repair process as smooth as possible and for restoring our car to perfect condition. Highly recommend them if you need collision repair!

I took my truck here to see about getting my running boards working again on my truck. I was told to drop off my vehicle and give them the day to check it out. Well, three days later they still had my tuck with no answers or updates. No communication and I kept having to reach out. I decided to just go get the truck. When I picked up the truck, I still had no answers on what I originally dropped the truck off for. Additionally, my cap on my rim was mysteriously missing. No accountability whatsoever. Owner seemed nice and said he would replace but I haven't heard a peep. I would not recommend going here.

Nathan and his crew did an outstanding job on my ‘07 Silverado. The sun bleached roof and hood look like new. They use quality materials and go the extra mile color sanding the finish to a high gloss. The price was right too. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a body shop to paint my aftermarket hood I purchased for my mustang after a few places that were over priced or flatout said no to painting aftermarket parts. We have taken three vehicles to Nathan for body work and he delivers excellent service every time. He is always available to give updates/progress. He takes pride in the finished product and does not return a vehicle to the customer until, in his opinion, it is in perfect condition. I highly recommend Katy Custom Finishes! Super down-to-earth guys that'll get the job done right at a fantastic price. I came into the shop looking to get my bumper painted to match the rest of my car. Nathan got to work and even asked to re-do the job because he wasn't satisfied with the way the color first came out. Great guys to work with. I'll definitely come to them again if I ever need paint work on my car.

I have had vehicles repaired here and have been completely satisfied. Due to my personal experiences I personally recommend them to family and friends, and send no-one any where else. I have sent my daughter, son in law and numerous others and from them not a single complaint. The owner Nathan is amazing to work with and has been honest, friendly, meets or exceeds the deadlines and the work is excellent. If you need repairs this is the place to go, you will not be sorry.

Nathan and his crew are top notch! This is the only place I take my vehicles for paint and body work. From restoring my daughter's first Jeep to repairing pickups from MULTIPLE wrecks, their work is the best around. Don't waste your time going somewhere else just to get the runaround.
