This company did a little switch on the paperwork when my husband went to sign a release to the insurance company. Now, they are trying to charge insurance $3200 for a car that was totaled and should have been released to Copart when my insurance had already approved the storage fees of $450 or so. The hold up means that insurance will not pay the vehicle off or issue payment for the balance of the settlement because they cant release funds until the car is in their possession. Apparently, this is a common scam these type of yards pull. Do not use this place. They are scam artists.

My service Rep, Shaan, was totally Amazing. Professional, Listened, Advised, and handled the insurance company.. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I've never had to pay more at a garage because I didn't pay with cash. The insurance company didn't pay more for their part, why should I? The work was done very well though. Should I need them again I'll make sure I have cash.

Update : spoke with the owenr they got my quote down to 2500 to take my truck out . A lot better than 4000 . Thank you to the owner for taking time to speak with me They where trying very hard to make things right and I appreciate them for that

First off communication was horrible, never got any updates for my vehicle the front desk never knows what's going on with your vehicle so I would have to always show up to the shop. Second it was supposed to be a 2-3 weeks ends up taking a month and a half with no updates of what was going on with my vehicle. Third I finally get my vehicle back and there is still problems with my vehicle the bumper I had replaced doesn't fit correctly on my vehicle the alignment I had done feels like they never even did the alignment vehicle shakes over 75-80 was told to bring back first thing in the morning which I did and when got there was told it would be 30 minutes I ended up waiting an hour and a half which I seen the vehicle they told me they were taking off the rack to do my still working on that vehicle so wasted half of my morning ended up taking it to another shop to fix my alignment.

Don’t trust this shop nor the owner Leo! Most importantly, don’t use West Little York Auto Storage. They quote paying customers $170 for a tow and they charge insurance companies $240. They also charge $100 for daily storage. Don’t sign their work order, I only authorized storage for the insurance company inspection and they decided to tear it down and charged all kinds of unauthorized charges (estimate, tear down, dolly fee, etc). Most importantly, they will hold the vehicle hostage until it’s paid in full. Trust me, find another tow and select any other shop town.

If I could give the negative stars I would. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE. They are a bunch of scammers that will rack up fees and lie to your insurance to collect more and more fees please be aware of this place and if you encounter any problems report them to the states

Don’t go to this Katy Collusion Complete Auto Repair location, they are liars and thieves. I had the worst experience here! Do not trust those people. Back in June 2024 after the car accident, my Honda CRV-2009 was towed to Katy Collusion Complete Auto Repair. After Shaan Bala (manager) verbally reassured me that I will NOT be charged for repair estimate, I was very confident trusting him and left my vehicle with him at this location. A few days later, after a virtual estimate was done by Shaan Bala with my State Farm Insurance company over the phone, my insurance company contacted me and stated that my vehicle was found to be totally lost. Katy Collusion Complete Auto Repair sent to my insurance company bill and requested payment from them a total amount of $2,514.43 for NOT repaired vehicle, otherwise they will not be able to pick it up from them for salvage yard until payment will be made in full. I called this location after many times, spoke with Shaan Bala (manager) and Gina (manager), was promised to be reimbursed for amount of $899.99 Since June 2024 nothing was done, only empty promises! Beware, those people will talk to you very nicely, pretending to help you. But these are NOT real people. If you don’t want to lose $1,000 or more for a NOT repaired vehicle, then DO NOT do business with this place. You can read more reviews with unhappy customers, if you do not believe me. Unfortunately, I was one of their victims and lost $899.99 Those people are SCAMMERS, very inconsistent and often do excessive charges. I can't say enough great things about Katy Collision Auto Repair! After our car was totaled, we were so lucky to find this amazing one-stop shop that took care of everything from start to finish. Leo's tow truck service was there for us right away, handling the initial tow with professionalism and care. From there, Shaan at the collision center took over and made the entire process seamless. Not only did he handle all the insurance claims, but he also arranged for a rental car, making sure we had zero stress during the entire ordeal. We’re so grateful to have found Katy Collision, and we’ll be returning to them for any and all future auto repair and services. I took my car for a collission repair.After one month they finalised everything with insurance co. and they fixed the car some how about two months duration. The quality of work is not satisfactory.They did not fix the car properly and minor bents and cracks in two places.They charge a huge amount from the insurance company than they worked. I never recommend this shop for any collision repair.They have no respect to the customers.

Katy Collision did an amazing job on my car — it looked brand new when they were done! While the process took a bit of time, it was definitely worth the wait. If you want the job done right, it’s no surprise that it takes time. They didn’t leave anything out, and the attention to detail was outstanding. The worst Experience of my life. My one star on my review is real not worth it. Please look at all the reviews of people that say they were scammed by Katy Collishion Center. Some calling them thieves and liars. On 10/9/24 I was in a car accident and Katy collision. Toll company came on to the scene and told me that my car was not drivable and they put it on the tow truck. The tow truck driver said don’t worry about anything we will take care of everything. The tow driver took me to the hospital and later text Tony and he called me and uber once again I was so grateful. I told him my famous son Mike Begum aka brolylegs ( google him 4.2 million fans paid their respects) had passed away and told him that I hope it wouldn’t cost me much for the repairs because I had just paid for my son’s funeral services. He told me not to worry so I thanked him and the next day. I get a call from an attorney that they recommend. I felt some Comfort that I would get the best care boy was I wrong. I only had liability so the lady that hit me was at a Kroger’s parking lot on Fry Road so because it was a private property There was no police report. I was told by Katy Collishion that my car would be fixed. I wanted to take it to Cadillac dealership and they said no they could do the work. Shann and Gloria put me in a loaner car and I was grateful. Shann called me to say that they need to order the left side headlight to my Cadillac he said it would be close to a thousand dollars. I told him no that I could get it myself on eBay for a better price. He told me they don’t use eBay but If I ordered it there would be no warranty on the part. I said okay so I ordered it from eBay for less than two hundred dollars . I had it shipped to Katy Collishion Center. Shann told me that they would comp the pathfinder that was $55.00 dollars a day. So I returned it and they put me in a cheap car that had the Engine light on that was gonna cost me $25 a day so I returned the car with the engine problems the very next day. I was told over and over again that the other insurance still had not yet kicked it. An that I was responsible for the repair on my car. At that point it was $ 5705.91 On 11/10/24 I gave them $2,00.00 dollars to use for parts and I left. The next day I was told to come pick up a check for the $2,000 dollars because they got confirmation that the third party’s insurance was going to cover the cost. Shann told me my car was ready to go but for me not to tell third party insurance that the car was ready to go because they had other repairs to do on my car. When I got there I picked up the check for the $2,000.00 dollars and asked for a rental car at that point any car would be fine. They said they didn’t have anything available. So Shann drove me to Krogers to pick up my meds. On the way there I recorded our conversation and asked him if you say my car is ready to go why are you now saying you have to fix other stuff. He said because some of the repairs that we did to your Cadillac were not fixed properly and said they used glue and other components to fix some of the parts to hold them together and the reason they did that was to save me money. I was in shock and very upset. After that I sent him the recording of our conversation and told them they will be hearing from my lawyer. He laughed and said your new balance is $8,624.I6 he send me a email with a final bill. So 11/19/24 I had to borrow the money to pay the full amount to stop the daily rate. He never gave me any type of reason as to why the bill was excessive when they had used glue and other components to fix my car. The bill says it for miscellaneous. I’ve read so many bad reviews and I’m saddened by those who got conned by Katy Collishion Center. Not only am I going to file a lawsuit against them but I will be calling the media. They took advantage of a woman that got hurt in an auto accident and also a grieving mother. Shame on them and if anyone feels that they got scammed by all means get in touch with me. This type of behaviour is criminal in my book.

Don´t fix your car there. very bad service. Never answer your emails and your phone calls. No repares tu carro aqui. Pesimo servicio. Nunca responden tus email o llamadas. They didn't fix the car (it was declared total lost), but send an invoice to the insurance for the same amount as fixing it. Finalmente no repararon el carro (declarado perdida total), pero ingualmente enviaron la factura al seguro por le mismo monto que repararlo. Es un robo.

DO NOT go here!!!! My car was brought in at the end of July and wasn’t ready until the end of September. I called multiple times for updates, and they always said they would "call back later in the day," but I never received a single callback. Eventually, I started calling every day because I was getting no information. Earlier this month, my mom was hospitalized in the ICU for over a week. I had to take a Megabus home because my car wasn’t ready. I ended up using Uber to get back and forth from the hospital to my house for several days to visit her. I explained my situation to the staff, but there was a complete and utter lack of empathy. I understand they are busy and that roadside accidents can be complicated for everyone involved, but the lack of communication was truly frustrating. They did fix my car, after we called over 15 times and showed up in person 5 times, but I do not think that customers should have to do that to get proper service. Communication is the backbone of every business, and I do not think they have the decency to provide that basic standard at all. If they tow you here, go find another place to fix your car as soon as possible.

Guys these guys rocked with me like four flat tires went over and beyond to meet my family needs. Mr. Shaw and Mr .K was very informative and shared their expertise on my situation with my truck after I had a pipe fall on it with damages. These guys made sure I was provided a rental car to make sure I was able to get back and forth to work. We need more shops as these guys. This review is for their lack of communication and customer service. Katy Collision originally quoted me a 2.5week repair time, but they kept our vehicle almost 2.5 months!!! We had to call them every week for an update because they refused to call us back even when they promised to do so. Their staff failed to keep us updated with the repair process. I hope that the our car is repaired correctly and no corners were cut!!! Who knows, we will wait and see! Because they took so long, our coverage for a rental car expired. Katy Collision offered us a loaner car, but not without us consistently calling them because they do not keep their promises to call back. The P.O.S. Loaner car they provided only had 1 door handle, a/c was barely cool, completely disgusting inside, and the car couldn’t drive faster than 50mph. Which made it unsafe to drive on the Houston freeways/roads especially when we have toddler children. When we called and emailed to request a different car…We were met with either no answers, no replies, and after waiting all day we finally get a reply from Gina (front desk) saying this is all they have available. The parts manager Shaan was notified 3 days in advance that we needed a loaner vehicle. Completely unacceptable!!!! We had to go back to Enterprise rental to get a safer vehicle for my family without the help of Katy Collision! I will post pics of their car below! Each week the manager Tony kept telling us “another week” or the parts manager Shaan also kept telling us “another week” but we knew that nothing they told us was truthful about the time frame. Finally, after 2.5 months we got the final word that the vehicle is done. Of course they didn’t call us, we had to call them! While in the office, we complained about all of this above, but all that was said was “Sorry, we have no excuses!” If we knew that it would have taken this long…we would have taken our vehicle to Lexus dealership!!! The last blow to us was that they charge a 5% service fee when paying with credit or debit, which was not mentioned until it was time to pick up the vehicle!!! They may have fixed the vehicle back to its original state, but we will never bring our business back here due to their awful communications and customer service! Please do your research before picking a repair shop!!!
