Did some work on my truck on my own and was having a hard time figuring out how to re program my trucks computer. Called Katy Auto Care to ask if they could take a look at it. Talked to Jack. He said to bring it by the next morning and he would take a look at it. I came by and within 5 minutes he had my issue solved. Great guy and great local shop! Thank you Jack and Katy Auto Care! Highly recommend this shop!!

Today I was in need of an auto shop as this panel, for a lack of a better word, was hanging underneath my truck. I chose this shop bc of the favorable reviews I had seen. They immediately took care of the problem. I met the owner who was very customer oriented. All I can say is that it was a blessing to walk into that shop today. God always knows what we need and will provide. I strongly recommend this shop for your auto needs.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The owner is both knowledgeable and professional. My bumper almost fell off completely and they fixed it for me. The family dog was also super friendly and so cute. I would not hesitate bringing my vehicle here again.

The owners are amazing. So kind and welcoming . I was able to get battery changed even with such a busy schedule for them . The price and length of time to fix is great . Just very genuine , honest, and welcoming people .

Not enough can be said about Mr Gil and his lovely Katy Auto Care. It's an awesome shop with awesome employees. All of which have been so nice and easy to work with. Their shop dog is super cool too! Fair prices and great service. You can't go wrong here.

Katy Auto Care has always been good for my vehicles. They definitely give you options and explain what needs to be done. They will also look for the best price on parts and offer a warranty on their repairs.

Jack is a great and honest mechanic who removed my old wheel hub and installed a new one quickly as well SHOWING me other problems with my car. Extremely decently priced. Jack is the man. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Called into Katy Auto Care to speak to Jack Fletcher. I saw one of his videos on YouTube and I had a question about my coolant thermostat and was unsure if I should drive my vehicle back home or get it repaired immediately since I am on a road trip with my family. Although I am from another state he took the time to take my call and answer my questions. If I lived closer I would bring my car here for repairs as I can tell this establishment is run by great, knowledgeable and friendly individuals. Thank you Jack!

I highly recommend Katy Auto Care, they're honest, kind and genuine. Dayna the receptionist is so sweet and thorough. She talked me through every step of the way when my car died on me in the middle of the street. She worked with my schedule and answered all of my questions even through my tears of frustration. Also Sonny one of the lead techs/mechanics there fixed what we thought was a huge problem with my car. He took his time to double check things and get me and my car back on the road. I am forever grateful to them.

This shop is amazing! Today was my 1st visit after speaking with Danna I felt comfortable with them servicing my vehicle. I will definitely be back. The office is professional, the tech are skilled - overall great experience. I strongly suggest this family owned business they are legit.
