Update 12.11.2024 Still a Diamond. This place....is a Diamond. I keep coming back because anywhere else isn't good enough. I enjoy coming here. Everyone is kind, compassionate, and I can tell they enjoy their work and take pride. They have saved my vehicle and serviced it many times. I recommend them.

Walked in to get an oil change on my brand new car. John treats all of his customers with respect and friendliness, and I was no different. Good work done by the tech, as well. I felt very comfortable coming to Kastis and I wish I could bring this location and its staff with me to my next destination. Thanks for making my trip through San Antonio a breeze! To the owners: Whatever you’re paying John, it’s not enough! You are blessed to have a man with his enthusiasm, customer service skills, and knowledge.

You find a garage like this once in a lifetime.... no more worrying about getting ripped off or upselling for things you don't need. These guys are honest, efficient, professional and just good folks! For the first time in my life, I actually trust a garage to do a great job, at a great price...and if it doesn't need fixing or replacing, they'll tell you exactly that! I know, this sounds like it's too good to be true...but make an appointment and see for yourself. Recommendations are everything these days....and I highly recommend. Johnny D was super helpful the first time I stopped by and the folks that were in the second time were equally as friendly and accommodating! They are transparent, quick to help, very informative and very fair. I’m a happy repeat customer and have recommended them to my family and friends - only place I’ll go in San Antonio! John was fantastic to work with. Was forthright about the scheduling and managed to fit in some time to look my vehicle over. His assessment was thorough and even allowed me to look underneath the vehicle to review and talk about what his check points were. I was glad I went to Kastis for service.

arrived and asked for John to look into my Lexus. A little fellow calling him self the owner would not let John come outside, so I left. Kastis was recommended to me by O'Reilly.should not have listened. Totally unprofessional .

Kastis is great! The service I received for a simple oil change was perfect. From the counter staff to the mechanics, everyone was friendly and took a moment to share what was going on with my Jeep. They checked out everything else also. Great service, honest mechanics, great price! thanks Kastis!

I was told by the dealership that I needed to replace my control arms and tie rod while getting an oil change. Of course, the dealership quoted an insane price. Today I took my vehicle to Kastis and not only was I quoted a price far less but they also took the time to put my vehicle on the lift and take a look. I was then informed neither item was needed and my vehicle was just fine! I appreciate the honesty and will be returning when I do need work done. It's great to know this place is honest and friendly!!

We have been using kastis Automotive services for well over 25 years. They have provided technical services for all of our cars and have even given upfront advice on issues to prevent foreseeable automobile problems. Mr Mike and Mrs Paula are a family owned business and will never take customers for granted.The rates are extremely reasonable and they will and have made house calls in many circumstances. We have no intentions of allowing any other automotive service to touch our cars.They employ only top notch Professional mechanic staff.

I've been looking for a place that can take all my car needs. I had a plastic push pin broken holding up my back undercover. Ryan helped me immediately replacing not just the broken one but another loose one, too. No charge! I'm doing all my car business with them. Now I don't expect people going in for free service. Friendly and wonderful service.

Always a great experience at Kastis. We have an older Toyota Rav4. Kastis goes above and beyond with our vehicle where other automotive shops would stop short.
