Very enjoyable service and honest to boot! Would trust this shop any day with my vehicles. Mike is very professional and down to earth. Does not overcharge or inflate a problem and is willing to even show you what's wrong in your vehicle.

Mike and his crew are fair, hard-working, reliable, and kind mechanics! He is always honest and will never oversell you on things you don't need. They check in with you before performing services and have great communication. His office manager is amazing, kind, and helpful too. I have been coming here since I first started driving and don't plan on going elsewhere ever! I'm very grateful to have a shop/mechanic and office I can rely on.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This shop scratched the front end of my car, wanted to skip turning it into their insurance (I get it, so I agreed to let them pay, privately. They agreed to pay for damages on a recorded line with my insurance if I did not make a claim). Then they decided the estimate was higher than they thought it would be, and refused to make it right. They damaged my car, they know it, they don't want to make a claim, and they are skipping out. It's costing me a $500 deductible, which my insurance will try to get back. Kars does not stand behind their work.

Had the air-conditioning go out in my wifes 2003 GMC ENVOY. One day service. Fixed and very reasonably priced mike is a standup guy. Straight up honest. Always have positive experiences when having repairs done at KARS.

I had a battery problem and was able to get service within 15 minutes of arrival without making an appointment. Mike was friendly and quickly solved the problem. And because he didn't have much trouble resolving the issue he didn't even charge me! I'm so grateful for his help.

I was told by another repair shop that I needed all of my brake pads and rotors replaced. That sounded extreme, so I made an appointment at Kars. After looking at my vehicle, Mike let me know that only my front brake pads needed replacing, and everything else was fine. I'm so thankful for his honesty and integrity. On top of that, his prices are incredibly reasonable. I can't recommend them highly enough.
