Worst experience ever. Took my car after waiting for a two week appointment. They inspected the car and charge me $160 and told me that they were get back to me with the complete quote and it has been two months and still no call. Don’t waste your time

This is the best shop I have been to for all my antiques. They brought back to life my 1985 Mercedes Wagon and my 1974 VW SuperBeetle. And they are currently working on my 1973 Mercedes as well. I am beyond pleased with the work they put and they certainly know what they are doing. Amazing people whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with for about 2 years now. Highly recommended to any car junkie who wants to get on the road asap.

The people at Karl's are Courteous and Professional. They repaired the damage to my wife's 2013 VW Beetle and completed the 60k service. I am very pleased with the work they did and will use them again.

Excellent work. Chris got my AC running in my VW within a couple hrs. Gave me a great diagnostic rundown of what else needs work - and I can verify he wasn't pulling my leg on any of it. Fair prices, great service.

they certainly know what they are doing. Also certainly, quite expensive. But don’t take me wrong. Good people, can use better organization ! I give them an AA but not tripple. Reason: There is almost no possibility to talk to them on the phone which happens when under stuffed or have too much work which does not work for me because having a business myself, communication is the heart of a healthy business!

I’ve been taking my VW to Karl’s for over a year and they’ve done excellent work every time. They are fair, honest, direct, helpful, and have never once tried to overcharge me. My car is older and has a lot of miles but it runs GREAT thanks to these guys. Karl’s is a wonderful place and I’m lucky to have found it. Highly recommend!

Karl's German Auto is the best! Mike the owner and his very capable son, Chris are expert, honest and professional. I wouldn't bring my Mercedes SL 500 any where else. And believe me, there are many other choices. I really like them and have counted on them for over 15 years now. Thanks guys! HK. 8-2022

I bought a Benz SL and found paperwork from the previous owner from Karl's German Auto. I had a problem with the convertible roof and spoke with Mike. He had an appointment for the next morning. I took it in and he explained the problem. Upon picking up my car, he showed me the part that was bad and gave me a very fair price. I can see why the previous Mercedes owner used him consistently. He was very friendly, efficient, professional and extremely competent with Mercedes cars. I would highly recommend contacting Mike for your Mercedes repairs but he also does repairs on other luxury cars. If you are in the south Miami area, I would call him.

Mike has been my mechanic since 1996 when I used to work at a warehouse across the street from him. He has always been honest and up front with issues/repairs/costs. Most importantly, when he fixes my car the issue never reappears, he actually fixes it the way it should be repaired (no band-aids). Can't express how much I appreciate the team at Karl's German Auto tremendously and can't recommend them enough.

Super bad costumer service , they don't answer phone calls , they don't have a schedule they close the doors at whatever time they want and also they don't return calls.....don't go there.....

Total lack of care for the customer. Doesn't return calls, doesn't work with schedules and doesn't care if you use his service, Only has 1 lift so, can work on only 1 car at a time. DON'T GO HERE.
