Description
We've come a long way since Bruce and Joyce sat down around the table with their kids to think of the name of this shop, but family is still at the heart of our operation. Bruce and Joyce Hansen founded Great Plains Auto Body in November 1988 as a family owned and operated auto body repair shop. We first opened our doors in Omaha, Nebraska in a 5000 square foot leased facility at 78th and F Street. In 1992, 2,500 square feet were added. In 1996, we purchased the 17,000 square foot building and 3 and 1/2 acres of land, which serves as our current location.

My car had hail damage plus scrapes done by some aggressive bushes. Kaizen took care of all the damage, very well and washed the car to boot!!!!

Wonderful crew. No one wants to use a body shop but if you’re in need, can’t recommend enough. They were a week early and almost 1/2 price of other estimates after being fantastic problem solvers. Cory runs a great team and knows his stuff.

Over all my experience was great. Friendly customer service, good communication with progress of repairs and vehicle was done a couple days early. In a walk around of my vehicle I did find an area in front of the passenger rear view mirror, a chip in the paint and a dent. Photos attached.

Had an estimate on my vehicle done from accident, they reached out to me once insurance sent paperwork over was fast to get results and car ready to be repaired. Very friendly would highly recommend.
