I have a Mini Cooper Clubman (named Moriarty) and I have been bringing him here since I moved to Knoxville about five years ago and they always take care of me! They always work with me since my schedule is never regular, they have excellent communication— just all around the very best experience I’ve ever had with a shop ever! I don’t even think about calling the dealership, I call Kadunza right away if Moriarty needs anything. Thank you guys so much!!

I called several Mini Cooper mechanic shops, and most insisted I bring the car in just to get a simple answer. However, Cody provided me with the information I needed right away, without any hassle. I highly recommend taking your car to this shop because they don’t pressure you into unnecessary visits or try to trap you with a list of bogus problems. Honest, straightforward service like this is rare and highly appreciated!

Discovered this place about half a year ago and got my cam phaser redone on my driver side in my E-350. Sounds great and no issues. Recently I had some vacuum lines break and caused some oil leak issues which replaced and cleaned up which I do appreciate. A small incident happened with that bill causing me to pay for another customer’s bill, nonetheless I called them and they were able to come to a reasonable solution and even return me some of my money. I appreciate the work and care done for my car and for myself as a customer. Although it is always a looming risk with taking your car to any shop that is not the dealer, I believe this place is honest and trustworthy and I’ll continue to use them in the future

Recently, the engine in my 15-year-old VW Passat made a rather horrific noise and I knew this repair was beyond my skill set. I began researching Kadunza for this fix by first reading customer’s reviews. There were so many positive and kind reviews of the workmanship and professionalism of the people that I knew rather quickly where I was going to take my car. I received an honest and very accurate quote for a valve job/remove & replace the cylinder head. I was also impressed with the communications I had with the guys at Middlebrook Pike location. I highly recommend Kadunza for European Car repairs! My old car sounds and feels like it’s almost new again. I am very pleased with the quality of their work!

I cannot say enough about how great their customer service is. They have been very honest with the repairs needed on our vehicle. They actually even walked us through this current issue which we have all determined it's probably not worth spending the money to fix. You can ask for any more honest than that. Great group of individuals

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the crew at Kadunza. Purchased some used parts at a great price and had all my questions answered as I prepare to have them work on my e30. Huge shout out to Robert and Blaine for making me feel at home in their shop and taking time out of their busy schedules to talk BMWs with me. Can’t recommend this place enough, and I’m super excited for them to work on my car in the future!!

This was an awesome find! The staff is incredibly friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing to diagnose and then fix the issue with my vehicle. The service was exceptional and the work performed was quick and thorough. I will definitely make this my primary repair shop. I cannot rate them high enough and I look forward to checking out their second location in Alcoa. If you have a BMW, this is the place to come.

After multiple visits and saying it was fixed, there's still a problem. I think it's a guessing game for them and more money from us. Being unable to directly answer your reply, I will here. It doesn't seem your reply is totally accurate. Please do provide all the information you advised you have. Also, are you aware the vehicle was damaged while at your business and no accommodation provided since you kept it several days? I feel my post is accurate based on our experience with your company. EDIT: Kadunza, I would very much appreciate you taking all information about my vehicle and the nature of any repairs out of your response. My problem was your mechanic told me it "might" fix the problem, which for a 4 figure repair, seemed ridiculous. Original Review Have had good and fair experiences here. Ultimately, I don't feel like the service is great and the communication is lacking. I'm trying a new mechanic for now.
