I'm just going to keep adding to the 5 star reviews. I have a Volvo that needed a power steering pump replaced. After a phone call, and having lots of questions for them. They took a lot of time explaining nuances a Volvo has. I dropped my girl off this morning. It was completed way sooner than expected, and done great. Thank y'all for a job well done.

This is my 1st review left for anyone and should have already been done but since I got my car back guess I’ve been on the road more than on my phone. I’m so appreciative of Brody and Jeremy for their professionalism. I called a few times and spoke with each one individually and they answered all my questions the same from each and as I told them I am on a budget they told me what it would cost and what they could do to help me. My car was taken in on a Friday and I was told that they were busy and would not have time to look at it until the following week and Monday morning, Brody called me at 10:10 AM and told me that my car was fixed. I almost started crying as I had been five months without a car and nobody knew how to fix it or what it was but those two guys knew what it was just by what I had told them over the phone and they did not do a lot of big words that I did not understand. They were straightforward and to the point and I am so grateful and so thankful and I advise anybody who has a Mercedes or whatever else they work on mine being a Mercedes to take it to them because these guys know their stuff. They are very kind and very understanding and if I should ever need anything in the future, there’s no way I would go to anybody else. if you need help, call Kadunza and speak with Brody or Jeremy and I promise you that you will get the help you’re looking for and you will not be sorry. They’re not out to take advantage of anybody they’re there because they know what they’re doing and they’re too smart guys. They’re awesome and I appreciate them and I am very thankful to them for the help that they give me. if I could give them 10 stars, I sure would because they are worth those and so many more thank you Kadunza thank you Brody and thank you Jeremy for helping me. You guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you both so much.

Had them do an inspection and was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge of the people there. They also use a digital tracking system, showing photos for everything and additional information. Clean shop as well!

Jeremy was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about my BMW 650i and the issues I was having. I have another mechanic I've used for multiple vehicles, but they didn't program my battery for this car and it ended up being an aggravating waste of money. I have a friend who used kadunza for their Mercedes Van and recommended them for being fair, honest, and knowledgeable. I agree.

Great shop! I had a transmission go out on memorial day weekend. The shop was quick to respond, got me in right away, did great work, and communicated throughout the whole process. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing their car worked on.

I have a 2010 Mercedes E350 4Matic with miles & I have recently had Kadunza do a couple of services (Service B & Rear Brakes) saving me right around $600 over the MB dealership & almost $350 for the rear brakes at another shop.. Their team confirmed my 2 appointments via text both times & had me in & out lickety split.. Their waiting area has a small fridge with refreshments which was also a pleasant surprise.. As long as I own a Mercedes & live locally Kadunza has my auto service business👍👍👍👏👏🤞

I recently took my 2011 335d in again. It's not the first time i've had my car in to them, and it won't be the last! This time I my AC worked on. I also had some suspension and engine work done. I took it on a very fun mountain drive this weekend, and could not be happier with the results. My car ran and handled like it did when it was new. All of the repairs and costs were explained to me before any work was done. I've left this post because I know how hard it can be to find a auto repair that you can trust. I trust Kadunza European Auto Services. They've always helped me with what's necessary and their services top notch!

I was traveling from New Jersey to Houston and my car lost power at night coming through Knoxville. Long story short; Jeremy and team did an amazing job diagnosing the problem and were able to get me a brand new fuel pump delivered and installed same day. Couldn’t have finished my trip without them. Best place to take your car + they’re passionate about there craft and highly knowledgeable.

Took my 335i in for a check engine light that multiple other shops could not seem to figure out. They took great care of me and updated me on multiple issues my vehicle had I was unaware of that we also repaired during my visit. Very quick and honest during the whole repair process. 10/10 would recommend to any Euro car owner who is looking for a great shop to take care of their vehicles.

I have a 2002 VW Westfalia van that we love, but it’s not always easy to find knowledgable mechanics that love working on them. Difficult to source parts, etc. Tanner, Brody and the crew at Kadunza Alcoa have been outstanding in diagnosing, finding needed parts and getting any repairs we have needed done. And as others have mentioned, at a fair price, with a warranty, and in a timely manner. Examples: Whining noise coming from engine - Brody diagnosed as worn bearings in a pulley, OEM not available, found workable substitute. Diagnosed intermittent starting problem, made repairs and solved the problem. Don’t hesitate to use this crew, you’ll be very happy with the customer and auto service! 10 Stars!!

I have been to all the places around town, usually the folks are nice but I hadn’t found THE place for my Beemer.. until I spoke to the guys at Kadunza. They made me feel comfortable, not just personally, but *especially* with leaving my pride and joy M3 for some major work. They were right in the middle of what I expected to pay but had all the knowledge and expedition of the top performance shops I’ve used in the past. I really feel like I’ve discovered a Diamond in the rough with Kadunza.

On the recommendation of a coworker, I decided to give these guys a shot. Being newer to the area I didn't know what to expect, but I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They understood my concerns and really seemed to care about each individual job. I didn't feel like I was just another number to rush in and get out as fast as possible. These guys are great! They've done tons of work to my E28 and E30 BMW's. These are guys who really love the cars they are working on. One of the things that set them apart is that they are enthusiasts for the vehicles they work on, so they take pride in their work and technical proficiency. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a European car serviced correctly. The owner, Robert, is a great guy and stands by his work.

These guys are truly knowledgeable, honest, kind, dependable and courteous. As a female, it’s refreshing to go into an automotive shop where you can trust what you’re told. They are very reasonable and won’t try to talk you into something you don’t need. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
