Few days before Christmas, I was on my way to CLT airport for an early morning flight, but ended up having to uber because of a flat tire. I called to see if K&L could come out by Christmas Eve so that I would have my car when I came back. Not only did they come day of (while I was states away), they answered all my concerns/questions quickly, sent proof of work, left my flat tire at my house, were very flexible time wise (I was so busy this day and kept having to play phone tag), and gave me peace of mind with the whole situation. Only had to pay a service fee which I felt was appropriately priced given the quick response/arrival and holiday season.

10000/10! These guys responded so quickly and arrived ASAP! The Mechanic that showed up was Luis. He was super friendly and very fast! You could also tell that he was concerned for our safety and insisted that we waited in the car while he changed the tire. And of course, we really appreciated that! Thank you guys so much for helping us!! If anything ever happens in the future (knock on wood) I will definitely be calling these guys!

I Traveled 14 Hours To Get My Daughter, And Super Early In The Morning I Smacked A Curb Completely Destroying A Tire, I Called And Louis Instantly Answered, He Was Quick He Was Professional And He Was Prideful In What He Does, He Calmed Me Down A Lot While I Was Freaking Out, Brand New Company Car, 14 Hours Back To Go. He Got There, He Did Everything With A Smile And Was Amazing To Talk Too, He Got Everything Done Fast, And I Was Able To Get My Daughter. I was visiting the area recently and hit a huge pothole off I-95 and immediately busted both passenger tires. The closest Tesla dealership is almost 90 miles away so I had to find the fastest tire replacement possible so I contacted this company. Initially, they were responsive and fast but the technician ended up damaging the rear wheel. I took pictures immediately after I pulled over and clearly no damage but very visible after the install, which I mentioned. The technician denied it, stating he'd damage both wheels as if he couldn't have made a mistake on the first replaced which was the rear and corrected when installing the second. I couldn't sit and argue with him. He also suggested he take the tires off and I pay $400 service fee if I was not satisfied. This is the most asinine resolution. Got in contact with his manager/ owner Dave who stated he'd look into it and had no problem paying for the service if his guy damaged it. There are white marks on the tire directly across from the damage on the wheel. This corresponds with an issue with install. I was only asking for 10% refund of the total cost of the service for these cheap tires that were installed. It's the lack of accountability and tried to blame the tow truck company. They used soft straps and looped through the wheel, never touching the edges of the wheel. People make mistakes. Also, Dave refused to continue communication after I provided photos and tow info.It's bad customer service and business practices. See photos.

NOPE! Find someone else! My tire has an air leak so i contacted them thru the phone; no one answered. Then i got an automated text asking for a tire pic, specs, and location which i sent twice? finally someone texted back asking if i wanted new tire i said no i just need the air leak fixed; they stated that they do no provide those services, but their website claims they do. I wish I could give them ZERO stars for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

My whole experience with K&L was great. I was stuck on the side of the interstate with a blown tire and they got to me and had me up and rolling in about an hour. The roadside service attendant was super nice and knew what he was doing. I hope I never get stuck in that situation again but if I do and I'm near these guys, I will definitely call them again.

Tried charging $350 for one tire(used) and wheel lock removal… was told it’ll be $310 if it wasn’t so late and they didn’t have to get out their bed (8 pm).. not the service I was expecting.

Thankful for the prompt and great service for our daughter who had a flat tire away from campus while grabbing a bite to eat. K&L was quick to answer and even faster to get out to where she was stranded and get her tire replaced this evening and allowed her to get back to campus safely. Thank you again!!

Great customer service! As soon as called, they were responsive and had tires in stock for my car which I needed a new tire since I blew out my tire on the interstate. They have the best response time of about 45 minutes as other places I contacted were a 2 hour or more wait that day. The roadside technician, Lewis, arrived and was able to get me back on the road in little to no time. I will definitely recommend using this company to anyone in the Columbia area. Thank y’all again!

Outstanding service. Got stranded at 8 pm. I’m from out of town . Made a call and they were very responsive. I was skeptical at first about paying a deposit, but it is legitimate and I understand why they do it. They were out within 30 mins. Outstanding service, very knowledgeable and top quality work. Nothing shady about them when they pull up in a company branded van. They had all the equipment to change a tire on a model s Tesla. I highly recommend them in the Columbia area.

Absolutely the best ever! My wife hit a pot hole and blew both passenger side tires. After an affordable quote and a small deposit, they were out within the hour! The tech even tolerated my "Old Timey" neighbor following him around and asking a ton of questions!! Ironically, 2 weeks later the front driver side blew. Like clockwork, they arrived quick, a different tech, same quality work!!

I called for their service when my tire blew while on my way to Maryland. Louis came looked at the car and I got out. Louis said I could get back in my car because I was on a busy interstate. Louis repaired my tire in no time with awesome professionalism. Louis was awesome he called to make sure I was okay on the road (the extra step he didn’t have to take). I would recommend their services to my family in the area. If you need tire repair or replacement please use their services.

My family and I were heading to Florida from Tennessee for vacation. Something got into our tire and instantly it started leaking so we pulled off to a gas station. Long story short, we had two kids in the car, it was 2am. We did not want to wait until 8am for Walmart to open. Within an hour, they showed up, and the whole process took 15 minutes and we were back on the road. Thank you guys again for the help.
