This place and people are absolutely amazing. Miss Karen got me a full set of almost new tires for less than half of other quotes. She also referred me next door to Heartland Auto, who are also amazing people! Thank you SO MUCH! Customer for life!!!

Be very careful going to this place as they dont know proper torque specs. Had them mount and balance some 285/55/20 for my duramax they installed them on the rear of my truck and wheni went to do the brakes today 9/22 1 of my lug nuts snapped.

💫Had an emergency on Saturday. A nail needing patched on my semi tires (22.5 wheels). Kevin and the techs were awesome and went out of their way to take care of me. I had a load on Monday morning and they were my last option before having to cancel work! Thank you 🙏🏾 Saved me big bucks 💵💵💵and hassle! I Would recommend KC Tire Group to anyone!

I do not recommend. My husband took my car to have 18” tires changed. The lady was rude & terrible customer service! On top of that overpriced. $43 a tire to mount & balance a tire.

I went to get a tire fixed and they told me that the previous place didn’t patch it correctly and they would get it fixed I trusted them and let them patch it. I left and not even an hour later my tire was leaking worst than before. I went back the same day and they stated they should have put in a patch plug and they would get it done. They came back and said that the hole was too big which was put in by them doing the different patches and methods and I needed a new tire. I was not offered a refund of the $30 I spent for them to fix it but only made it worst nor offered any type of resolution other than we can order you a new tire and have it in two days and we can put your spare on for you. I was completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received here! I wasted my money and they took it gladly but never resolved the issue only made it worst.

Staff was rude and wasn't interested in being helpful. My recommendation has gone from a five to one. Going to use another tire shop from now on.

If you need affordable tires and great service, KC TIRE GROUP IS THE PLACE! I truly felt that they cared about the safety of my family. Not only did they take their time to check every tire but, they explained what was going on with my car as to why it shaked when I got over a certain speed. Great place, already had the TPMS replacements in stock at reasonable prices and was able to get to work on it immediately when I arrived. Been wanting to get that done for over a year but was avoiding doing it because other shops in the area always wanted over $100 per tire, which I think is too much for just TPMS replacements.

Stay away from this place!!!!! Told me my daughter’s tire had no leak, but my husband found a whole nail. They broke a censor on my husbands truck and the lady was so rude to him. She wanted him to pay for the censor they broke. They are not good people. Stay far away.

Extremely dissatisfied. Had my daughter take the car here for alignment. First thing out of the guys mouth who drove the car was “well I can tell you right now they never had the struts changed” I had it taken there because I had just had the struts changed. Then proceeded to not pick everything on the front end which my mechanic said was fine. I did need rear shocks to be fair; however, it seemed more like they wanted to do more than the alignment or did not really want to do it at all. Then charged me 45.00 to drive my car and tell me all that was wrong. Seemed like a money grab. And it was 79.95 not the advertised price

I came here after I woke up to a flat tire to see if I needed a patch. When I arrived I went to the office and was met with a rude look from an older lady sitting at a desk (later found out that she was the owner). She asked me what I needed and I told her I wanted to have my tire checked and why and she said ok and went back to filling out some papers she was working on. I went out to my car to wait and the guy working on another car politely asked what I needed help with. I explained and he immediately started getting my tire off. The owner comes out when she sees us talking and just stands rudely staring from the garage and then turns and smilingly waves goodbye to the customer leaving. Before he barely has time to look at my tire she pulls him to the side to talk and then she comes and tell me my tire valve is bad and it will be $15. I ask what that is she rolls her eyes and semi explains. I say ok and the guy starts fixing my tire. As he is placing it back on my car I ask him what was wrong and he politely explains. As we are talking the owner agains comes out and stands next to my car rudely starting as if to see what I was asking him. She goes inside and I go in to pay. She taps a clipboard and tells me to fill it out. I hand her my paper and money. I place my hand out to get my receipt and Chang and she sits my change and receipt under my hand while rolling her eyes. She was so rude my whole experience and gave off very racist vibes as she was friendly with every other white person there. I would not recommend this place to POC.

Literally DOUBLE the price of any other tire shop to mount and balance. I paid $180 out the door to mount 4 tires that I brought in. Absurd. Same exact service at Walmart is $86, and any other tire shop around $100.

Stay away from this place ! I had them remove a tire from a wheel that was on my truck had them put it on another wheel said it was $30 the mountain balance $10 to dismount went to pay and it was $76 I will never in a million years go to this place buyer beware
