Don't go to this shop. It is rare that I would leave a 1* review, but rudeness and banditry on quoted pricing is simply dishonest. That being if I made an appoinment online, it was 1/4 the price given by the shop. They refused to bring a manager to the call when asked so they're not interested in even hearing the problems with their operation. Take a look at the low scores and understand how they got there and steer clear. To Goodyear: (the owner/responder who sent a reply). I already did before I did the review. I spent 20 minutes on hold and speaking to a representative about the issue, so giving me the number I found and called from other poor reviews is not an action to improve. If you want to get more information from me, your representative has my number.

Horrible customer service! 😤 It was busy but I was never even acknowledged. No eye contact… Not even a head nod 😒 When the guy at the front desk finally spoke to me he advised me (after I spoke up) that there was a 2.5- 3 hr wait so I left. I went to NTB on Baileywick Rd and was in and out in under an hour with EXCELLENT customer service! They even patched my tire for free!

I came in for some Tires and Brakes and the girl up front Dani was amazing so helpful so courteous absolutely loved her. Then one of the technicians by the name of Jackson helped me out with a lot of questions I had, wow what a guy absolutely amazing service.

It is apparent that this location has significant staffing challenges. Fortunately, Keon Thompson from another store was there the day that I stopped by. I suppose I had an abundance of patience that day. Keon bent over backwards to provide OUTSTANDING "service recovery" for me. I had waited in my car for >30 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. He was working the front desk as well as helping service cars. His dedication, patience, and professionalism is to be commended.

AMAZING!!! Jackson was my mechanic and truly I have not had better service. I misunderstood the times of the shop and came right before closing while in desperate need for a new tire by that night. Not only did they take the time to look at my old tire to see if they could just patch it, but when they realized I needed a whole new tire, they stayed late to help me. Danny, The sales associate at the front desk, could not have been any kinder. I felt welcome and although I was obviously keeping them both late, they never made me feel like a nuisance. If you need to give business to anyone, I would recommend this specific location. Great job with the customer service. I'll definitely be returning!

Charges top dollar but doesn't have proper tools for the newer vehicles. Everywhere else has ability to reset a steering angle sensor INCLUDED with their alignment packages except for these guys. Seems like an obvious step in the process for newer vehicles. Don't go here for things like that unless you have an older model vehicle.

Have always had a good experience here, having bought several sets of tires for different vehicles over the past ten or so years. Our most recent visit was great, and a special thank you to Jackson, Iris and Dorothy for taking particularly good care of us that day.

No idea about the quality of service since trying to make it appointment is near impossible. Tried twice. The first time they rescheduled me and when I show back up I’m not in the system. No attempt this time to try and see if they can fit me in somewhere or any attempt to keep my business. Customer service just doesn’t exist here. Also why is there no text confirmation for appointments? It’s 2024 much smaller businesses have this service!

Over charged. $65 per tire for fitting and balancing. They didn't even need to take the wheels off the car or reinstall. They claim it was because they were large rims. After that, I checked with Discount Tires and they quoted me $24 per wheel, and yes I told them the size of the wheel/tire combo. The job was done right besides being a rip off.

This place has horrible customer service. They locked my keys in my truck when I specifically told them to leave the keys in the gas cap. Then they tell me it’s not there problem. That I haft to pay 250 bucks to get a locksmith out to get my keys…well this was the worst and most expensive tire rotation ever…

Quoted me FIFTY dollars PER TIRE to install trailer tires. Small tires, easy to install, no balancing. Discount tire did it for $14 a tire - $50 TOTAL - including 4 new valve stems. Unbelievable that a place like this stays in business in a free market with competitors that are literally 4x cheaper.

Bays are empty and the guys are sitting around doing nothing and I could not get them to do a simple patch. This is after I stood in the office with no asking if I had been helped. Stay away from this location.

Hit something on 40 and started leaking air. Was able to get in and get a new tire promptly. Great customer service.

(Part 2 see part 1 Knightdale) I went to a different one. 8816 Harvest Oaks Dr. I called them to make sure they had it and to set my appointment with them directly since there seemed to be an issue before. I go into the store and the young girl at front desk checked me in. She said she had to double check the license plate. Which she did not do for the white lady in front of me. Knightdale didn't do that either. I told her I had a claim number from customer service. She said she didn't recognize it and would wait for the manager to come in. John comes in and asks for the claim number. I gave it to him. He says show it to me. I need an email. I told him I didn't get an email. I called and the rep gave it to me. He seemed very bothered. He then says well I'm gonna have to call corporate because I would have gotten an email on my end and I have nothing. By his time I'm so fed up and said ok call corporate. So I called customer relations while he was calling whoever. My rep informed me that Josh was in the claim and she couldn't get in the claim at the same time. She messages him so that she could take over. Back and forth between communication with John and me, he comes up with a solution to me purchasing the road hazard at $39 a tire which he was giving me a "deal" of $10 off and they would replace the tire for free. I took it because at this time I just want this horrible experience to end! While I'm waiting I remembered that on the site it was cheaper than $40 a tire. So I checked and yep. I was bamboozled!!!! It was $100. I called customer service again and got Crystal Taylor. Once she got me pulled up she says so what do you want me to do with this? She was so unpleasant and didn't even bother to read the notes on file. I told her about the price and she argues with me about it being on the goodyear site. I asked for her email so I could send her the proof after walking her through where to find it on goodyear.com. After seeing it she says she'll talk to John. He then says he'll honor that price. I said no it should be including his "deal". She says ohhhh no way. You're getting a deal. So I said fine. I'm done with this place goodyear is the worst place ever. She says oh we're the worst place but we're helping you. (John laughs outloud at her comment because i had the call on speaker)I said you are not helping. How are you helping and you are giving me the price that it should be? And she says well you're getting a free tire. I said through road hazard and im still in my 60 days. He's filing a claim to which she says thank you for calling goodyear have a nice day and hangs up. I have in the past chose Sam's Club or Costco and gotten Michelin Defenders for my tires and never had a problem. I chose Roll Mobile for convenience and higher milage tire and got piss poor service and quality. I will never choose goodyear or Just Tires ever again. I pray to God notching else happens to these tires. If anything does ever happen to these tires I'll just buy another set from some place else and they will be Michelins. Oh yeah I go back to get the metal rod and they handed me a piece of wood. It's on the console in the picture.

I never have had any issue been going to this place for years the one and Capital Blvd. However this specific location I had a little problem. Went for an oil change and they did not reset the mileage so my light came on a couple days later saying I was due for an oil change.

My tire pressure alarm light was on. I was worried that I had a flat, and was about to leave town on a trip. They came out, checked tire pressure, and inflated the problem tires. They did this even though I bought the tires elsewhere. No charge. They couldn't have been nicer. I'll keep them in mind the next time I need tires.

They are always friendly and honest, had a nail in my tire and they were able to remove it without puncturing the tire. Saved me a couple hundred bucks. I also come here for alignments and tire rotations, they always do great work.

This place has gone down hill. Decent service in the past, but the last service was ridiculously expensive. I brought in a wheel with a flat tire and a replacement tire. They charged me $65 to mount and balance one tire. That is $20 more than I have ever paid before.

We needed a tire patched quickly last Sunday and the staff was absolutely outstanding! The gentleman working there was extremely friendly and the service was outstanding. We were very blessed to find them right when we needed them and they went above and beyond with their service. Thanks so much to Just Tires! We will be customers in the future for sure!

I am not sure if this is a company owned or not, however, it seems that the worker is not willing to work much. The place was absolutely empty no cars and the two guys were sitting chatting, and when I ask him about tire rotation, and repairing one of the tire, he gave me an appointment for the next day at 4 PM which is sound to be ridiculous. I want to die NTP. In the same plaza and they were able to service my car right away, despite having another two cars in the shop.
