Few irresponsible staff failed to fix my car, wasted couple hours of my time. I re-visited store after 5 minutes with the same issue then the person who worked on my car simply said there are other cars in the queue So I can't work back on your car How come a mechanic leave a customer vehicle without inspecting of his work done properly? Dumbest response I heard from a mechanic. Worst service

I took wheel alignment package here. Instead of fixing my car's alignment they messed up with my car and made me to wait for extra 4 hours, still not yet fixed Rudely suggested if you don't have patience go to different store or visit later. They do not care about valuable time of customers.....poor service

I was there with my friend, they messed up his wheel alignment and They don’t value the customer time, would say only 1 hour but will make u wait for 4-5 hours after, even then they will ask u visit another location if you don’t have patience. So rude, no customer value, no time value. Also they put tire pressure 38…

Appointment system is crap. Did not pull up my car into the shop 2 hours after my appointment time. Come prepared to stay for at least 3 hours to fix any issue.

Booked an oil change online for $29. Went in at my appt time a few days later and was told they do not offer that oil change anymore and it was going to be $79. Did not stay and will not be back.

Exceptional service. Came here a couple of weeks ago to get my air in my tires and they helped me with a UI problem I was having free of charge. Came back today to get a flat tire fixed and the staff were all very attentive and helpful. Chris is a great guy and knows his stuff. Will be coming back next time I have car trouble.

I found one of my tire got nailed and getting flat. Took the vehicle to the shop and they fixed with no charge and checked all 4 tires air too. All crews are so nice and kind. Again thank you very much.

Lyft drivers do not take your car for maintenance here!!! It took 2 and a half hours for them to do my oil change. When I came in, there was me and another Lyft Driver in there for oil change. While we wore some of the first in line, we were last to be served. After an hour and a half of waiting, I asked for an update and they told me it was taking this long because they had to do all this other service. So I asked for a receipt at the end all they done was the oil change replacing my wipers and air filters.

Great folks who work there and they try there best to provide the best customers experience, however the one hour tire installation sign needs to come down because I have not seen any Just Tires location do that even with a appointment. Needs a TV and more chairs in the waiting room

This place is ridiculous. I came in for a screw in my tire. The two guys sitting inside the office with the lights off tell me it will be three hours before they can get to it because they are busy. Wanted me to drop off the truck for a 15 min job. I don’t know if they get paid my job and they didn’t want to do it.

Waited 2 hours for a tire change and inspection on a Tuesday at 2:00pm. Otherwise nice people, just shouldn't take that long. I also wasn't informed how long it would take.

Should be 1 star but young guy who started process 5 hours ago was great. New warranty tire put on by another young guy who wandered around looking lost before being handed my truck and then sat in my truck checking out the windshield wipers and not sure what else before starting tire change. Looked lost and had to call for help to put a new tire on a rim. Front desk guy said he would call when tire came in - I showed up an hour early after waiting all afternoon and was told tire had arrived then story changed - tire had “just” arrived.

Very poor customer service! With an appointment it still took 4 hours of waiting there for them to change out tires. During this time there was no communication from them on what was going on.

I was there this morning at 8AM for a alignment service which they supposed to open at 8:10AM someone showed up saying we won’t open until 9AM and there manager scheduled got messed up which is not acceptable worst experience

These guys are amazing. I got new wheels put on my car on Saturday. I had a horrible vibration and had been told by the shop that I purchased the wheels from that I had a bad tire. I came in ready to buy a tire, but Brock and Dejan both insisted that we try to balance the wheels and that my tires still looked good and hand plenty of tread left. Well, I took their advice and let me do a rebalance of the wheels and yep, 3 out of 4 wheels were out of balance. These guys went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and were out to just take my money. Jacob was the tech and even looked the vehicle over to make sure that everything was great. Thanks guys and when I do buy tires, I will be back to make sure that you get my money. I highly recommend this shop. The were fast, courteous, professional, and honest.

Went in today my car had a horrible vibration. Now I had been told by another company that I had a bad tire. They sold me new rims..but said one wheel wouldn't balance. I then was thinking I needed to get tires because the tires have over 25,000 miles and they are the original tires. So another company near where I live said they had tires that would work..(they lied).. they rubbed..and when they put the tires back on the didn't even bother to balance them. So...I just happen to call this location and they had the correct tires..but they wanted to check my balance on all 4 tires 1st. All but one tire was out of balance..now they could have easily just sold me tires and took my money. Instead..they charged me for balancing the tires and saved me 1400 dollars. I will give them my business when I'm ready for tires just because of their honesty!!

I brought my 2022 Chevy Camaro in for minor service. The staff is friendly, professional, helpful, and very informative. My car had been shaking as if my tires were going to fall off at 65 mph. The service technician did an alignment check (which is free) and found my right rear was way out of alignment. I'd explained to the service technician that I did hit some small pot holes a couple of weeks before and didn't know it would affect my car that bad. He informed me that many Camaros are brought in for alignment issues. Camaros are known for alignment issues that are caused by the smallest bumps in the road based on the low profile design. He fixed the problem as well as rotated and balanced all 4 tires. When I drove it on the highway, I noticed a great difference. Also, I'd purchased the 3 year warranty package. I can bring it in within 3 years and get the alignment checked and repaired if needed with no cost. I'm happy with the service I've received from Just Tires. I highly recommend Just Tires for minor service, tires, and alignments. I would give them a 10 if I could, but the highest I can give is a 5 🌟 rating.

I wish I could give a good review. Maybe I was at their busiest time. I came in at 4:30pm and they close at 7:00pm. If I didn’t speak up no one would have check on my car. I waited more than 2hours. All it needed was to check the flat. Sadly I will not be coming back for sure

So I made an appointment at 4PM to have a tired fixed. My appointment was at 4pm!! I got there and checked in. Another man was upset that he had been there an hour and a half. I was then told I would have an hour to an hour and a half wait. What is the point of an appointment? I left. I went to Good year on Preston Road. My tire was fixed in 27 minutes. This Just For tires is unprofessional. The people I spoke with at the counter have terrible service skills. It is horrible run. Do not make an appointment if you are going to make someone wait a hour to a hour and a half.

They sell you on their 3 year alignment but goodluck trying to schedule an appointment without waiting for hours. Every single time I’ve gone in, you are looking at a 90 min to 2 hr wait. Waiting area barely has any decent places to sit and no amenities. Wouldn’t recommend.

Be careful when yoi bring your car for tire rotation....this guy's don't do tire rotation properly...you better mark your tires...you can't thrust this guys.
