Have never taken my car anywhere but the dealership, until Just7. I get my oil changed here - in and out quickly. The staff is very knowledgeable and explain the process and what they look at. I’ve gone 2 times and will absolutely continue to get my oil changed here.

Not coming back here ever they keep stripping my drain plug leaving me with a oil leak and then refuse to admit their wrong. Dont come to this one go to the other one these people dont even care here.

Went there today, would not recommend. Arabic guys working here just money hungry and don’t care about your car. I got an oil change and he left all the nuts screws loose. I pop my hood when I got home to realize windshield fluid cap was off as well as the cover for the engine, dude didn’t even bother to tighten up afterwards. Would not recommend seems like their just trying to get over.

I sent my son in this place on 8/4/24, to get my oil change only!!!! They just gave me a fill service when this wasn't approved. My son told Leo, the manager, that he didn't request this service. Leo and the other employees made a point to argue with him and made the statement to kick rocks after they made the mistakes and the statement. I called and spoke with Leo to see their side if the story. Leo explained and also tried to resolve the issue by giving me $10 off my next service, which was fine with me but Leo left off our conversation by saying it was no big deal about the mistake. This is when I had a problem with Leo, the comment that he made. I explained to him that that comment was not needed and he said to me I am trying to make it worse. Lol. This is why I went off on him because I told him his comment wasn't needed and at that point we were going back and forth with him. He started blowing at that point. I asked when will his manager be in because hid attitude is not caused for. I don't recommend this place at all!!!!!

I’ve been coming here since 2019. The service was great for about 2 years. I don't know if management changed or what but it seems like it’s more about saving business cost at this particular location. Recently I’ve noticed more minors working on the oil changes but not knowing where certain liquids go. After an oil change recently 2 weeks later my car was completely bone dry of oil & coolant. Not only 1 of my vehicles but both my vehicles. I will never return to this location again and will not recommend until actual professionals are hired and not minor family members to save a buck.

Horrible .went in last week told them my back brakes needed to be replaced they insisted on just replacing the front and said I would be fine and charge me $460 for that .after a day brakes noise got worse went in to let them know then they say o yeah it’s the back brakes and it would be $650 to replace back .feel like they like to take advantage of women .

Went to get my A/C serviced. 400 dollars later I was told it was an electrical issue and they would not be able to fix the issue. I took it to the dealership where I was told the issue was being caused by the compressor (which Just 7 replaced). Went back to Just 7 and was told there was nothing they could do. 600 dollars later and my a/c is still not working.. I was offered my old compressor back though so I guess that’s something right?

So I came in to get my car inspected and I was just randomly driving around when I found this place. I pulled in and they had me out of there within 10 minutes it cost me $25.50 for the inspection and all I needed was my proof of insurance.

This place is a rip off! Went several times cause it was fast and convenient, but they werent even changing the oil! My mother had the same issue with this place.

Some 5yrs ago I went there for an oil change unfortunately I had a verbal confrontation with a knucklehead employee fast forward for the sake of their business he's no longer employed there my last few visits there have been pleasant they have been professional no problems getting my oil changed if any unpleasantness it was the cost but what can I expect for a BMW ( add on ) there appear to be different employees there per my last visit the managerial is a man if his word and their service is satisfactory - cool people so far

These guys know what to do until it's time for you to order a single part that you needed to have your car fixed.. when you get the part that you need in order for them to fix then they mind go blank 🤣😂🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️... Like they know what to do then they don't know what to do I wouldn't recommend these guy's 💯

Went in for an oil change about a month ago and today I found out I was leaking oil everywhere and the reason was that this place whoever is downstairs installed and over-tightened the oil filter and used some oil filter pliers. You aren’t supposed to use those to install oil filters and it stripped the filter. The 2 guys on the upper level saw it too but failed to tell me anything. This would have destroyed my engine in the next few days for sure. This place has 4 star rating but that error is too major to ignore. You have been warned people.
