I was given the best repair I've ever had for a car here!!! They are very warm and welcoming they offer drinks and snacks. Office is very nice and they even have a public restroom!

I normally don't make reviews but I wanted to let everyone know if you are considering taking your car to Julia's Auto Repair please do. Yumi and Elizabeth are great!!! As you can imagine my car overheating and leaking coolant right before Christmas was the worst but they both were compassionate, worked with me and kept me updated on everything. Also, replaced my cabin air filter for FREE!!! My car is working great...problem solved!!! Please bring your car there!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Julia’s took such good care of me and my car. I went in not knowing what all was wrong with my car but Julia’s kept in contact with me through the whole process and even answered questions I had over the weekend! This has been the best experience I’ve ever had going to any repair shop. Julia’s even fixed my center brake light for free as a Christmas present!!

Came in for a state inspection. The staff were auper courteous, helpful, and mindful. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was out of there ASAP. Would recommend this shop to everyone.

Elizabeth and her crew were great at their job. They found an oil leak that no other shop has found nor even told me about. I really do appreciate the fact that Elizabeth answered all my questions about my car and for that they have customer for life. Thanks guy!!

Julias auto repair went above and beyond to take care of my car. I had an unexpected issue with an oil leak, and they squeezed me in the same day. They were so understanding and got everything sorted out faster than I expected. Amazing customer service!

Never go to this place. They are scammers and liars. Not only did they try to blackmail me into coming out of pocket thousands of dollars for something that wasn’t covered by warranty but after I contacted the warranty company and explained to Julia’s what the warranty company said, they clearly didn’t fix my vehicle correctly out of spite. Literally the moment I drove off the lot the main issue I brought my car in for was still there. So they either lied about fixing the hub bearings or they they misdiagnosed the problem, but I don’t think that’s the issue. They just didn’t replace the bearings as stated. On top of that my check engine light has come back on and I waited almost a week since it came back on and it’s still here. These people were mad that they tried to blackmail me into coming out of pocket by saying that they would call the warranty company and tell them I didn’t want to pay for a specific part basically implying that they were going to try to convince the warranty company not to cover the claim. So in the end, the main issue I brought my vehicle in for is still here, and the check engine light has come back on so they probably just cleared the code knowing it would come back on after driving a certain amount of miles. I’m going to have one or two more mechanics look at my vehicle and if they state that the hub bearings were not replaced as stated by Julius then I’m going to contact the warranty company and Carmax and report to them that Julia’s scammed the warranty company out of money. Don’t ever bring your vehicle here. I wouldn’t even take a tricycle to these people and trust them to fix it.

Excellent auto repair shop! I had my engine replaced, radiator replaced and my AC redone and everything works and runs great. Joe kept me in the loop the entire time and helped me through the process with my warranty company. With excellent customer service and attention to detail a highly recommend Julia's Auto repair!

The customer service was incredible. The service concierge and service assistant were very detailed and answered all my questions. They are very attentive with their work and did their best to keep updating me on everything that was being done on my car.

This is the only place that I let take care of my maintenance needs. They do a great job at what they do and also give you timely updates so you will not have to worry about what's going on. The inside is very clean and well put together.

Stumbled upon here for an inspection snd didn’t know it would be SOOO nice! The waiting area itself is an entire second review because this place really cares about their customers and the front desk girl Yumi is so kind and personable as well as the auto workers. they let me know if she’s with my car instead of failing me for my inspection, which I felt was so generous, and even offered to let me go home and do it myself to save me money and gave me options instead of trying to take money from me like most shops. Also found it this place is WOMAN OWNED!! Julia is the name of the owners daughter, so cute and personable here! I found my forever mechanic!
