Brian answered the phone, and was able to get me into the shop on short notice for an inspection on a car I was looking to buy from someone on Craigslist. We arrived at 3:30pm and he started and finished in an hour and a half. He was very thorough while also answering any questions I had along the way. Needless to say he found a lot of things wrong and his recommendations were instrumental in my decision to not buy the car. And all that for $65?! Great price, great value, Thanks Brian, and JT automotive! You were super helpful!

I went in to get my car inspected before a big road trip. Among other things, they recommended that I replace my serpentine belt, so I went ahead and did that. Soon after, there started to be a loud squealing noise sometimes when I started my car. Found out later that they installed the wrong size when I got it looked at and fixed at another shop. After that the noise was gone. I tried to reach out to see if they would refund me for their error but I was never able to get a response from them.

If you need your catalytic converter protected, they do a great install that will thwart the thieves! They also are super reasonable and honest with regular maintenance and repair. Great neighborhood mechanic.

JT is great. Good work at good prices, solid communication, and timely work completed same day if you call him ahead and let him know what’s going on and when you bring the car by. I’ve brought several cars to him and the work has always been solid. He’s a trustworthy guy that won’t try to sell you things you don’t need.
