The service that I received, it was very professional, they very informative about the procedures that my truck needed. They even show pictures of every step the took to repair my truck, I thought that was impressive to take the time to show the customer how their vehicle was being repaired.

The first time using this establishment was amazing! The phone conversation with the owner was wonderful, helpful and very informative. He understood what needed to be done and explained how he was going to do it. I am very impressed with the service and the money I saved versus the dealership prices. I own a foreign car so that was a huge blessing! I’m definitely referring this repair shop to my friends and family! Thank you!

5 Star Service! The shop is kept really nice inside and out. The employees are super welcoming, very easy to talk to and clearly know their stuff. They seem to have really good relationships with the people I saw coming and going, and with each other. I am so happy I came across this place. It's nearby, too, huge plus. Will be back for all my car needs!

I am a divorced mom two and came in town to visit family. Second day here and first day with my rental car I got a flat tire. Thankfully it was just a nail. I took the rental to J&T. They fixed it in under 30 mins and were so so nice. They even did the work for free. They couldn’t have known what that would mean to me but it was one less worry on how to pay them. These wonderful people have earned my family’s forever business. Thank you all at J&T.

I made an appointment to get brake fluid flush and engine air filter change. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had to change my appointment time multiple times and they were very flexible with that. The service was also quick and done in around an hour. They were professional, recorded and took photo of every service they did, and did not push for any random stuff. Price is reasonable.

J&T Automotive exceeded my expectation is terms of customer support, and work done on my truck. From dropping the truck off to pick up the experience was seamless. The team was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my trucks A/C, and provide solutions for repairs, making sure to explain the details and cost of each option. This is the BEST shop I've ever used. From Dallas, I was able to have my car towed from Audi dealership in Houston, where they couldn't even diagnose for a week, to J&T and they had it fixed and detailed in 48 hrs. From express overnight shipping for parts to 2x day updates...it was like dealing with family. I called in distress and was assured I could continue with my out of state moving plans. As a woman it's hard to trust a mechanic but believe me, this shop goes above and beyond to ensure the customer experience is remarkable. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

3-12-2024: Easily 5 stars. Arrived at doors-open, got my vehicle back by around lunch for a wiring issue with my EcoBoost Turbo system (caused by a different, lesser skilled auto shop in North Houston). The office & garage personnel were alert, friendly, and engaging in every step of the process. This is the shop for you if you want 100% no doubt your technical issues will get fixed right and stay that way with a solid guarantee on the work.

J&T always takes good care of my WV. Even thou its getting a little to expensive for me, when it needs to be done right I take the VW there. I like to have conversations with their shuttle driver! He is alway fun. This last time thou I was charged 77$ to change a break light and I provided the bulb! Just sayin!

James at J&T Automotive was a Pure God Sent. I purchased a car for Cash and 4 days later my Check Engine light came on. The car needed a Catalytic Converter! I called the dealership where I purchased the car and they said the car was purchased As Is and offered no resolve. I was devastated and disappointed. Once again I prayed and was led here. Best service I've had in a long time! Would highly recommend! Had at least 2 other mechanics over the last few months tell me this and that and never fix my vehicle. J&T diagnosed correctly immediately and fixed the problem. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Also the customer service was top notch! Would very highly recommend to anyone! Honest and reliable all the way!

Jason at J&T Auto was the person I called the day my wife's car overheated at the Grocery store. Bryan is the person I normally talk to, so Jason really did not know me. After my call Jason immediately took charge. He dispatched two J&T teams to my wife's location. One team carefully took her car to the J&T shop. The second team drove my wife home and also carried her groceries into our house. I have been a customer of J&T for years. However, I have never experienced any thing like this service. Generally I drive the car to their shop and in turn they drive me home. This particular episode is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Quality of work was superb, and Jason and his team at J&T took time to call about my experience work through a more than fair solution to some unforeseen circumstances. Very professional work at great prices. Took my truck in had no idea what was going on with it and the team at J&T auto diagnosed it and then went the extra mile with pictures of everything on my truck and gave me warnings of what could happen with good quotes. They keep good contact and do the job correctly and in a reasonable timeframe. Their online quote is great to see what you are dealing with and a break down of part price and then cost of mechanics time. I will always be bringing my vehicles in to J&T whenever they need service.

Walking into J&T Automotive you see a spotlessly clean modern facility and are greeted by a professional well dressed staff. My car was dropped off, an estimate was later texted for my approval, and the repair completed that same day. I send my wife there.
