Stopped in Saturday morning at 7:30 am to have my transmission serviced on my 2017 Tacoma. Very professional, very nice clean shop. I wasn't there 45 minutes max.An it was a hundred dollars cheaper than what they quoted me over the phone..Very good experience. Not to mention my truck is shifting like butter. 🤙

Thought I needed only a new battery, which, may indeed, be all that I need, but I was left with a technical issue, not affecting driving, for which they did not have the equipment. Not their fault as I have an Alfa and I suspect many shops would not be able to completely care for an Alfa. May just need a reset.That said, they have taken great care of my multiple vehicles over the years at a standard rate.

Great experience. The service tech was friendly and helpful. And NOT pushy. He showed us concerns and suggestions to correct it without force-selling us into it. That is ALWAYS appreciated in a world of Buy buy!!

I am in Florida traveling from NC. I come from a family of mechanics so I am very picky about who works on my Jeep, plus being a female sometimes businesses try to take advantage. I called the dealership for an oil change but they were booked for five weeks. I called JSN and they told me to come on down. Eric and his guys were super nice, helpful, got the job done for the price I was quoted and there was no trying to talk me into more repairs or anything. Eric was super professional and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Had a flat got to jsn to change tire,found all 4 tires were in need to be changed. Jsn was nice enough to take us home and had tires all done next morning. We got call car didn't start we knew the battery was going so we asked them to replace it. They did came picked us up And now we have new tires and the comfort of knowing All is good and a smooth ride. Patricia jimemez

I was greeted by a very friendly associate.. that made me very comfortable to be there… and their place was very clean.. which I like ! They did an excellent job , with a very good price. I get my service done here when needed oil change ect.unlike dealers they don’t try to sell extra items you don’t really need they provide the service you requested. I made an appointment for an oil change at 9am and was out at 9:30

I had a flat tire so I stopped in unexpectedly. No worries, they got me back on the road soon thereafter. The customer service was outstanding. The workmanship was excellent and caring and the waiting area is very clean and neat. Lastly, the cost was fair and that is saying something in this current environment. Very friendly and helpful. I came. In for an oil change and I asked to check brakes Because they were squeaking and they told me That everything was actually fine with my brakes And they asked me when I heard the noise, it was only in the morning. It was because of dew or moisture. That was a wonderful experience to not pay more money for work that didn't need to be done. That's hard to find These Days. Great job guys keep up the Great work in service.

We went in for an oil and filter change. Did the appointment online and found for next day service and was taken in right away on time. Was offered a tire rotation which we added to the service and given a whole scan for any trouble with the vehicle. Out in 45 min. Great service, affordable and centrally located. Will return.
