I needed to get my car smogged, but my check engine light was on. Js auto repair diagnosed my issue, made the necessary repairs, and did an excellent job not just explaining the issue, but how it became an issue in the first place. My car is repaired and passed smog. Definitely was worth it.

I’ve owned my 2019 Ford F250 for four years, and unfortunately, I made a bonehead mistake while distracted on the phone—I accidentally added Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) to the diesel tank. After seeing the great reviews for J’s Mobile Auto Repair, I decided to give them a call. They were incredibly helpful, explaining everything in detail and guiding me on what steps to take. I brought my truck in after the holidays, not realizing how much damage the issue could cause. Despite days of system clogging, they worked tirelessly to flush out the fuel system. Their efforts saved me thousands of dollars in repairs. J’s Mobile Auto Repair is honest, highly knowledgeable, and truly does remarkable work. I can’t thank them enough!

Found J’s with the google machine! Messaged them and explained what was wrong and they were more than happy to check my truck out. After taking my truck down, they were very thorough and honest about what it needed and the cost. They also noticed I needed an oil change so that was also taken care of as well! I left it there knowing it was in good hands! Picked it up the same day and I am very pleased with the outcome! Thanks again guys, job well done! Would absolutely recommend!

Definitely recommend j’s auto shop the best I’ve been too yet, good costumer service willing to help you out and most of all make sure your vehicle is ready for you and the road, make sure you guys go to them for any of your needs definitely helped me out with my truck and will definitely go back whenever I need things done!

My car broke down on the freeway and I was able to have it towed to the shop with no problem. He even gave me his personal tow truck recommendation. As soon as I got there they went straight to giving me a quote on the work that needed to be done at a fair price, very friendly and professional! I also needed two tires so he went ahead and got those for me as well at a fair price and added it to my charges, car was ready same day. There is an office you can sit and wait, it’s also very close to downtown area with restaurants walking distance. I will be returning for more work done on my car, this shop was very easy to communicate with and kept me informed the entire time.

I don’t really write reviews but J’s auto repair shop deserves one that’s for sure! From the moment I called it’s been a great experience for my son and I, not only did Jesse fix my son’s Audi but also properly diagnosed the problem because the previous repair shop we had the car at did not diagnose it correctly. I have extended warranty on the car and they almost paid for an expensive repair that was covered but not needed. I’m glad we decided to tow my son’s car to his shop to get a second opinion. When my son first arrived at the shop he met Jonathan and said he was very polite and assured him that they will figure out what’s wrong with his car. Jesse and his entire staff is very professional and communicates everything from start to finish no matter how many questions you may have , and trust me I had a lot of questions lol but Jesse answered all of them very thoroughly and he even took the time to speak to my warranty agent! The quote that he originally gave us was less than what my son paid when he picked up his car. We will definitely be getting all our future car repairs at his shop. Thank you for everything!

So glad I was matched with the business on Yelp as it saved me from missing work and saved me thousands of dollars. Knowledgable and honest staff explained my cars reoccurring engine light alerts rather than replacing expensive parts or sensors. I highly recommend J’s and look forward to coming back next time my car needs service

Cost of labor is pricey, but J's service is very good. My car was broken down because the alternator was dead while I was on a road trip. It took him 2hrs to complete a job, then I continued on my rood. He also dropped off my family at the restaurant while we're waiting for the repair. I hoped the labor was lower, but everything else were excellent. Thanks, Jesse!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Just good honest people at this shop. Jesse was so nice & helpful to us when our car broke down on our road trip from Chicago. If we lived in the area, they would absolutely be our go-to mechanics!

I’m impressed by the integrity of this shop. I brought my car in because of a warning light. They diagnosed the problem and then researched it to determine that the repair is under warranty. It’s so rare that people do the right thing. I’m really happy with the service I received and I will definitely be back if I have any other problems.

I can highly recommend J'S Mobile Auto Repair & the friendly staff. They did a quick informative diagnosis and cost effective repair that did was less than estimate for our non starting dead Scion XB. We will defiantly use again for our older and other types of vehicles.

Took my jeep here to figure out what the grinding noise was.. after a few hours they were able to pin point my problem (bad bearing in the rear end).. not only did they figure out the problem they worked with my extended warranty . One they got the ok from the warranty they got the parts and fixed my jeep promptly .. very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone!!.. good people and great service.

Honest, thorough, and will make sure you're left satisfied. I was skeptical of all the five star ratings at first, but after my time there, I have no issue with adding a five star rating too. After the diagnostic and recommendations of what to do next, my car runs safely again.

I drove by and seen the garage open and decided to stop by. I just needed a molex pin removed from the harness but I was not able to do so. They helped me out and removed it for me within 5 minutes and did not wanna charge me.. until later I realized they were not even open for business but still took care of me. I will come back for that and recommend them! Cool guys thanks allot for the great service

I needed to reset my car's emergency brake service required from the dashboard because I had done all the job myself but didn't have a scanner, so I took it to J's Auto Repair. I am always cautious because knowing that I'm a girl that works on her own car people always try to take advantage but not them, they were very honest and just reset the light on my car without giving me the run around. They were extremely knowledgeable and quick on the repairs. They were also very kind and listened to the problems and gave helpful opinions about what to do with the vehicle.
