AMAZING auto repair shop! It’s so hard to find honorable people in this industry and this place is! Minerva and Jesus are such kind hard working people, they truly want to help you. They will never steer you wrong. You also can’t beat their pricing! I needed so much work done on my Toyota Camry and they got it done and back to me in less then 48 hours! I highly recommend this place for all your auto repairs, I will be a customer forever! Thank you J’s auto and repair!

I went to J’s Auto Sales and Repair and they are so professional, friendly and courteous they know what they are doing every single person that works there! Very nice and respectful! They have done an awesome job! Also it won’t be my last time I go there! Even the boss, mechanics were very nice and the lady at the front desk! Many blessings to you all!

Overall a decent place. Everyone is nice however, I overpaid for the parts that get returned, as they keep that and take the credit and charge tax on top of the parts. I would have saved $100 purchasing the parts myself. Take note.

I needed new front brakes on my vehicle as a low whistling was occurring during braking. I was quoted a price which was well within the my expected price range. I added an oil change, which was far cheaper than going to valvoline or jiffy lube. Left car at closing one day, picked up car next day after work. No added charges. No body saying " you really need to have this or that done". Nice people. Will definitely bring car back for rear brakes, and would definitely recommend.

If you need to have any kind of work done on your vehicle, you absolutely need to bring it to J and his team. J the owner is absolutely incredible not only as a business man but as a person. J is honest, professional and demonstrates a high level of integrity. J will figure out a solution, so you don't have to replace unnecessary parts and will be up front about what's going on. He also made recommendations that ultimately allowed my vehicle to perfom better. J kept me informed of the progress as he sent me pictures of what he was doing. His mechanics are highly skilled, top notch and friendly. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time looking for a shop. This is the place you want to go to. I don't just trust anyone with my vehicle's. ☆☆☆☆☆

I got my Nissan 350 Z engine put in by them. Wonderful people highly recommend made me feel like family walking in. Specially can’t beat their prices. They really take their time but quick at the same time they were done in three days no complaints

I had a last minute problem at Town Fair Tire getting tires changed on a Utility Trailer. One stud was spinning so we couldn't get one wheel off. I called J's as they were 1/4 mike away. Took me right in, lifted the Trailer and welded the stud from the back for me. Problem solved, great bunch of guys over there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I dropped off a 98 GMC Sierra pick up that I picked up this summer. I knew it needed breaks so I asked them to replace all of the brakes brake lines brake hoses brake calipers rotors. I had them replace the fuel pump because they said that the truck stopped starting The fuel pump I told him to replace the fuel lines in the fuel filter while they’re at it Drove my truck for the first fuel tank is leaking filled all the way up got underneath and looked fuel filter was never changed, and only half of the fuel line is new and there’s still a few brake lines that are old Another thing that I had them do was the AC on this truck told him I needed AC they never charge the AC system when I charged it myself something keeps blowing a fuse. I don’t understand why they allowed me to take the truck and never alerted me of any issues. I would like you guys to please give me a call. I should be still in your system and I’d like to talk to the owner!!

On 7-24-23 my brake light lit up a long with my battery light . I had to have it towed but I needed to find a new mechanic as my old mechanic had closed their business. We started reading reviews and we chose Jay's Auto sales at 1114 Farmington avenue in Bristol CT . On 7-25-23 Jay contacted me by phone because I left my car there with my keys and a note in their safety Dropbox. I explained the situation they test drove it called me right back to let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix the issue. I was able to pick my car up by 4:00 p.m. the same day it was very happy with. Thank you to Jayand his team .

Did an oil change. The person managing the jobs, gave me straight info about different options. He also gave me a fixed price and ended exactly with that. They didn't try to sell me additional items or services.

I brought my car in for an auto repair. While there, I was told, and shown, a leak in my transmission oil. It was leaking at a fast pace but, there was no oil leaking when I left home. While getting my tires balanced at another business, a lady in her 80s told me that the same thing happened to her after getting her vehicle serviced at J's Auto Sales and Repair. She told me there was no leak when she left home but, she too was shown a fast leak after they worked on her car.
