Very disappointed in the service couldn't even fill one tire with air until I gave him $1 cash claims they have cameras and he couldn't fill air if I didn't have cash to give him I had my card but no cash on hand took my business elsewhere!

I love Jerl. He is so honest and kind. He stated to me that my tire looked decent and I could drive for a couple more months. He gave the option to save money which I admire so much about his honesty. I really needed the option to save because I really could not afford the tire at the time unless I took out a loan. I told him I will be back, and I drove 40 minutes in traffic to come back to him because I know he will do me right. It's not like he trying to get over on women like most men do. He's really trying to look out for his customers with good intentions. The price was very affordable and fair. Also, the best part was it didn't even take him a full 30 minutes to change out my tire. I will be forever a loyal customer.

When I first arrived a man with tattoos was smoking I should’ve seen it as a red flag but I was in need of a tire. I asked him for a used tire (for now) he said it was going to be $60 it was fine. Until I saw the tire myself. I thanks god I saw it first before he installed it. It had I believe 2 patches and a NAILLL VISIBLEEE . I asked him are you serious? He smirked and said that’s the only one he had. I guess because I was a female he was going to fool me smh you should be ashamed

Very rude and unprofessional guy working here. I've used them twice before and he's constantly like this. Imagine how much business they've lost because of his bad attitude. I'll never come back here again till he's gone

Recommended by my favorite S.wayside tires shop down the street since their tools broke. The first experience was very unprofessional and horrible attitude. Went to the place to ask for a price charge for 3 wheel lock done but ended up $10 each in which is very fair but I went ahead and ask to see if they can price match for $5 like S. Wayside tires since they are my favorite place to go to. The worker replied, "no, why don't you do it yourself?". Too bad! I found another place down the street Center Tire Shop and got it done for $5 each. I would highly recommend S.Wayside Tires if you happen to need Tire services or try Central Tire Shop. They serve me for so long and don't bother to waste your time coming to this shop. I might got a bad service from 1 guy but this is what I experienced. Good luck y'all.

I'm giving it a 5 star because I have been buying used tires from JP for many years already and had no issues . I get to pick the tires and the tires have at least 50 percent thread on them and the prizes are fair and the balancing is included already.

Super unprofessional. It's a far drive for me to go there so called to ask for a price on a tire change and he gave an attitude the whole time. At the end I still didn't get a price after giving him all the information on the tire and he hung up mid conversation.

Went there last minute to get a tire patch for my slow leak when I was informed that my tires were no good. The man in charge gave me a great deal before my road trip and had me right. Great customer service. I will be back
