Women please don't go to them alone. They lied & played in my face after I got a brand new motor a year ago I waited about 45 minutes for them to tell me my motor was bad(when I knew it wasn't) my car is quite can't even hear when it's started so I knew it wasn't my motor. Instead of just telling me I needed a new water pump & doing the work...lol they told me it wasn't a point in fixing my water pump cause my motor bad....lol I'm connected to the most high God and he said they are lying so I got a second opinion and show Neff they lied....my water pump is bad so that was true & I had a bad relay....lol...Please women find somewhere else to go because you will be tricked out of your money they charged 80 bucks not to put it on a diagnostic machine but to look and tell me bad info....I would call & ask for half my money back but God don't play about me & they will get everything they dish out!!!!....I am blessed and will always be!!!!!...Thanks for nothing & good luck your going to need it!!!! Lol...stop lying if it was all of that how come another shop fixed the water pump and fan issue I was having now my car is running like new ..lol y'all have no business being machanics if y'all just going to lie to ppl trying to support a local business...Like I said I had just got a new motor last year I keep up with my oil changes & get my liquids checked seasonal so you just lied point Blake period and nothing good comes to a liar and I pray y'all get everything y'all deserve!!!!!...Be blessed your going to need it cause GOD DON'T PLAY ABOUT ME!!!!!...All that sounds good written down for ppl to see... but the only thing that matters as a machanic is telling your customers the truth & being able to provide them with a service they can trust which y'all did neither!!!!!

10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Took my car here about a month ago for an oil change. I drive quite a bit so my husband checks the oil often, and just a month after having the oil changed at this location, there was little to no oil in my car and the same filter that was placed on from the previous oil change. Took my money and sent me on my way. Put a sticker on my car that went out in 2022, so quick to respond. Let me add the pic that proves you did nothing.

I’ve had Joseph work on 3 of my vehicles in the last 4 years. Every time I have called or texted he has answered. I drop my car off in the morning and will usually pick it up ready to go by the end of day. A good mechanic shop located on Buckner.

Couldn’t diagnose my car charged me 100 dollars and didn’t do anything wanted more money to guess around! Suggested I should buy a new car instead, and guess was 50 dollars and a GOOD PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC later it was the crankshaft position sensor!! Honestly save your money and stay away from lazy incompetent people..

Excellent mechanic shop, decent pricing and high customer service. I stopped by and got my alternator fixed, oil changed and AC recharged/tuned up. This place is the perfect one-stop shop for all of your mechanic needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Joseph was very understanding and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this mechanic shop!

I just came back from there this morning. Joseph was awesome! He is so sweet and kind and truly cares about his customers. He was completely open and honest about everything. He patiently explained everything to me about my car and was totally transparent. It's so hard to find people like that nowadays and I feel so blessed that I found this place. Honda Accord/2 Jeep Wranglers/Audi A4- anything I bring here, Joseph gets it taken care of. The best and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Doesn’t over try to sell you and will line out repair needs in an affordable process. Truly a honest and trustworthy shop. I been friends with the shop owner for years, I came in just for alignment, but for my luck the owner show the items my truck needed replaced. So I agreed to get everything that was needed replaced with all new parts and warranty.. Now my truck runs smoothly 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

One day this week I had some one to do a Inspection on my vehicle (it passed) when getting home thinking I could order my sticker online. It was saying no registration so thinking I was making the mistake I retyped the information it said it again. I looked at the paper and compared it to my vehicle insurance when they put the Wrong Licence plate on my inspection paper ... non wonder I wasn't able to get it online. Now I'm wondering how many more customers they gotten wrong. I will no longer go here. I came here because it was in the neighborhood.

I just brought my car and my dealership mechanic said it was going to take 3 hrs to put one of my o2 sensors but Joseph quoted me an hour but he was done in 30-45 min putting my o2 sensor on. He has great prices for expertise and pristine work. You can’t go wrong going to his shop. Thank you, Joesph.
