They service our fleet of trailers for who I work for along with our delivery trucks. Kevin and Chris are always upfront with what's taking place and if there is any problems, they are quick to inform us so we can come up with a solution. They have performed some miracles too with what would have been normally impossible to resolve.

I have a fleet of 7 + trucks I have to keep on the road, they are used every day. I Started taking my trucks to Johnson's on the recommendation of a coworker. I have had trucks there on 3 different occasions now . I call to get updates and "magically" Kevin is always in the shop "but will call me back" on each occasion i have called, I have had to call back at least once and sometimes twice to get Kevin on the phone.So far their work has been good. I will say that they do a good job with the "fix" but it takes way to long to get a call back and get updates on your truck. As it is now I have had a truck in their for over a week and still have not gotten any information. That being after i was told I would have something yesterday morning. (about 28 hours ago) Like I said the work is good but the customer service is elementary at best.
