Had an excellent experience at John's Tire and Brakes on Parsons Ave. They handled both my brake service and an unexpected flat tire situation. What really impressed me was how quickly they were able to take care of the flat - they fit me in last minute and got me back on the road fast. The prices were very reasonable, and the customer service was fantastic. It's refreshing to find an honest auto shop that doesn't try to oversell you on services. Their staff was professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto service in Columbus!!

Wow ! They’ve been fixing my car for a long time first shop on Hudson Ave then they moved to parsons , I’ve grown close to their family , great hospitality! And they are geniuses when it comes to fixing any issue your car has !!! Love them thank you so much . Yazan’s work is impeccable

Great guy with a good sense of humor. Went in for an oil change and he told me my brakes need replaced. I was skeptical but I nearly came to a full stop the first time I hit my brakes. They definitely needed replaced. He even drove me home while I waited. I’ll definitely come back.

I just bought a car and my break caliber pins were missing. Thankfully i was able to bring my car in right away on new years !! John and his team got me in and out within 45 mins! He was very throughout explaining what was wrong and attached a picture of the issue with my receipt. I will be using him for all my car repairs going forward !

My car battery died, super unexpected but I was able to get one at Auto Zone off Livingston and they were kind enough to reach out to this auto shop to get someone to change my battery for me. I have never had such a seamless transaction better yet, ever been able to get into an auto shop to get work done as quickly and efficiently as this place. Very personable and professional!

We had a flat tire on a Sunday and called for help. They sent their technician to us, he took our old tire, went back to the shop to get a new one, then came back and replaced it. They went out of their way to help. Highly recommend.

As a girl going to a mechanic garage has always been a nightmare cz i know i will be scammed until i found john’s tire and brake !! Ppl that works there are beyond friendly and they make sure to give you all the options depending on your budget not force you to do something you don’t really need it like other garages ! When you go there ask for yazan he is the best !!

Honest, reliable, fairly priced. These are the items that one should seek when researching a mechanic, and John's Tire and Brake Service hit all three marks. I came in with a vehicle that had been service neglected, and they diagnosed, quoted, and repaired exactly what they said they would. During disassembly, other issue(s) were discovered, and they contacted me, gave me options, and completed all the work within the specified time frame. I would recommend them to friends, family and anyone else who needs quality car service at a reasonable price.

I had a terrible terrible day and then before I knew it, my tired popped. I was sobbing and crying at the gas station and they told me that the place across the street was great and that they’d take care of me. I pulled up (still sobbing) and the guy who helped me was very kind. He gave me a bottle of water to help me calm down and then he told me what my options were. I decided to buy and get my tires replaced there. He was very kind and helpful, and I had no issues with my tire. Thank you to the man that helped me today. I appreciate you, and thank you for helping me with my tire!! I would 100% recommend this place to a friend. The price was very reasonable as well. 🫶🏽 Edit for context: I was also in a rush because it was my lunch break and I had to get back to my job, and he was very quick, definitely less than 30 minutes (probably between 15-30).

Came into Columbus from Chicago for Labor Day weekend. Had some repairs the day before. Problems came back and John's was able to get us in on holiday weekend Saturday morning and fix the problem caused by the other repair place. Life savers!! Great service, quality repair job, high quality place! I would give a hundred more stars if i could!! Thanks for the great service guys!!!

I came here on a budget, with my brakes in a critically unsafe state. I’m a single mom and was afraid to drive my kids. They were friendly, empathetic, affordable and quick! This is my go-to shop! The guys are incredibly friendly, efficient, and they provide quick and cost-effective service. They do oil changes for cheap and they do them fast. When my car had a particularly tricky problem, they bought and installed two separate parts to troubleshoot fixing it, and they only charged me for one of them (the one that fixed the problem). I'm not particularly knowledgable about cars, and the nightmare scenario for me is to bring my car in and get overcharged over things I don't fully understand. I can confidently go here and know that won't happen - the guys at John's are fair, friendly, and provide great service! Definitely recommend.

I attempted to do a fix myself, got frustrated. l wasn't feeling confident with my work. Took it in to John's and they had me all set within a day. Car feels better than ever, and killer prices. You couldn't ask for nicer customer service either, very honest and direct, and no misinformation. If you need work done, bring it here! Will definitely be back in the future!

Went in to get aftermarket rims installed - they made sure we got everything set up and safely installed - rims looking clean and wobble free! Definitely will be back for future work
