Poor service did not assist me with my car

The first and only thing I asked was for them to see if I had a blown head gasket. They assured me it was not. A month and 1300 in repairs with them later.... It's my head gasket. Nasty customer service on the "12 month warranty" when they realize they can't con anymore money out of you. Never going back or recommending them to ANYONE.

I have to say that they are the best shop ever, being a single women they treat you with respect and explain the truth with details, not to mention that the prices are great, they truly are appreciated for the excellent team work, I would give them 10 stars.

Totally disappointed brought in my 92 f150 running very rough and had my truck all week Monday thru Friday and could not tell me what was wrong charged me 160.00 for nothing I will not do business with them again

Had my engine repaired. Replaced rockers, lifters, and cam shaft on my Chrysler 300. I was given the run around by other shops, and was told I needed to replace my engine with a ridiculous quote. John gave me a good price. Inspected my engine and told me I didn't need to replace it. They fixed my car and its back on the road. This shop is honest, and I recommend them.

Proficient service..I brought my car to John’s to get some work done the day I took it home. My car would not start. I called the repair shop. They asked me to bring the car back up there. I brought the car back and they assured me it had nothing to do with what they just fixed. It was the battery. Mind you my battery is fairly new! I then took my car to AutoZone telling them what John said about it being my battery they sent me away with a print out stating my battery was just fine. After consulting with John, he was sure the issue was my battery and even said he would put a new one in to prove it to them. I then took the car back to AutoZone showing them proof of what John provided as well as telling them what he said. After changing my battery I have not since had any problems. My car runs smoother than ever and is an extremely older car. Thank you all for your help. I would definitely recommend!

I just picked up our old Mercedes from John's and I was so impressed with the service. I never expected our a/c to blow this cold again! Dealing with everyone there was a pleasure and the repairs were done quickly and affordably! I highly recommend this shop.

Took my VW Passat to John's automotive. They not only gave me a good price but accomplished EXCELLENT work. The dealership quoted me an extreme price to replace my ac compressor and also told me I should replace my condenser since it had "unusual" signs of wear. I stated this to John's automotive and they said my compressor did fail (same as what the dealership stated) but told me my condenser was fine. I only state this because John's automotive could have easily stated my condenser needed replaced too, but they were "HONEST BROKERS" and had complete integrity to let me know I didn't need to spend extra money for a part that didn't need replaced. I tell you all this because after my experience with John's automotive I would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for all your automotive needs. They have truly won my business. If you want a "down to earth and HONEST" automotive repair shop, don't waste your time with other places, take it to John's, they will do you right. My thanks and gratitude to John's automotive.

I found John's when I lived in Arlington and I haven't been anywhere else since. The service and price can't be beat and I still take my vehicles there after moving to another part of town.

Went In for just fluids exchange on a bigger vehicle. Ram Promaster- Break/ steering an coolant. I should been more specific OME fluids but with “their” expertise I thought they would of known. Break an steering fluid was different color compared to my last so hopefully won’t cause no issues down the line. Coolant was right. I did notice coolant all over the place near reservoir an underneath even on the bell housing that wasn’t wiped down. Other than that Johns a solid guy pricing was fair an timing was great!

Called on a Monday morning to see if they could get me in. Dropped my car off 45 minutes later. The next day it was fixed and I was charged a very reasonable price. Couldn't recommend these guys more.

This company was amazing. I was here visiting grand-daughters and my car fan would not shut off. They fit me right in and ordered the part, installed it and I was on my way so quickly. Very nice group of men working there and so glad they were able to help me out! Thank you so much!!!
