Welp came in yesterday needing some rotors cut and they got the job done no question about it, great family owned business, lobby is very comfortable and clean, also had a great chat with the owner about project cars etc

Amazing service is provided at this location. The employees here are very kind and helpful. I am not too well versed in cars and the amazing staff here made sure to help me understand! I will be recommending this shop to friends and family!

Everytime we take our vehicles they get fixed but we come out with 3 or more things wrong with our cars. We took it somewhere else and they told us we didn't need all those things done. Ughh...I'm not going back

I’ve had to take my car and truck back more than 1 time. Such an inconvenience!! Just wasting time on something they should have done in the first place yes they don’t make u pay again but you might spend about the same on gas going back and forth.

I was pretty skeptical at first but the team at John Automotive are honest guys. They do the work fast, and if there are any mistakes they will make sure they get it taken care of. John, Josh, and Mike thanks again for your help. They also showed me any worn parts on my car in the garage, did multiple test drives to make sure we are both hearing the same noises etc. I’ll be coming back to John’s Automotive for any other issues my car might have.

Originally got my wife’s car fixed here. They gave me a quote was $3200.00. When work was complete the total was magically $5200.00. We needed the car so I paid with no issue. One month later my transmission went out on my car. So I took my car there as well. Again, they quoted me $4700.00 before taxes. When they completed the work they asked me to come in to discuss the ticket price. I should have known it was about to be some bull crap. They then told me I had to pay $8600.00, which is $3900.00 more than what I authorized. They kept making comments like “the owner says he wouldn’t mind driving this car” luckily I could pay for it otherwise the would have kept my car and either made it their personal vehicle or tried to sell it. They have multiple cars in the parking lot for sale. I’m assuming they pulled the same bull crap on other customers who couldn’t pay for something they did not authorize. And now they are selling those peoples cars. I highly recommend to never take your car here. They are dishonest and low key thieves.

John's place is clean, spacious, and provides a comfortable waiting area with refreshments. The office personnel were friendly, helpful, and respectful. I went in for an inspection and that was completely quickly without any issues.

Today I was at John's and they have the best customer service and one of the best owners of that business I just want to say thank you to them for helping me out and my time of need and they were there for me they did it with perfect customer servicethey help me get the tires I needed they balance my tires and did it with I mean perfect customer service I recommend them to anyone and everyone and I will be recommending them the owner actually put a hole in my key for me so that I can put it on a key ring and I am truly grateful for my entire experience

My vehicle was overheating And I brought it to John's Automotive. John and Zac where very helpful with my car needs, Reasonable pricing, The staff was kind and the seating area was comfortable and very clean. My car turned out fantastic. Highly recommend this shop, I will definitely return for any future repairs. Glad to support a small family owned business.

I would highly recommend John's Automotive & Tire. Everyone there is so friendly. I ran into some unexpected auto repairs with my 2006 Nissan Xterra right before the Holidays. Great timing I know. 😁 From a bad oil pressure switch, to valve cover gaskets leaking oil, to a leaking radiator and a bad starter, John and his crew were there to repair everything. They were fast but thorough. The prices were reasonable & they offered discounts where they could. They even offered ride shuttles when I didn't have a driver to drop or pick me up. Last week I had a metal splash guard get loose out of no where under my truck. I called John to see if I could take it in and he insisted. As I got there John was already outside meeting me. He took my truck back right away and they were able to screw the guard back up. I waited less than 30 minutes and was not charged. I've never experienced customer service like this. John & Zach always took the time to explained everything they were doing. I'm glad I found a place where I can take my vehicles for repairs and know they are in good hands. I’m so grateful that I came across John’s Automotive & Tire. My car had a number of things wrong with it so I brought it in for a diagnostic. I had my small child with me and waited in the waiting room…customer service was great. My son & I were treated wonderfully. My vehicle was serviced timely and correctly and pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend John’s Automotive & Tire! I will definitely be bringing my car in the future for services.

They did my new car and they did a better alignment that Avis did and but still kinda crooked and they somehow broke my air box clips (edit part in: after the alignment they asked to change my air filter and cabin filter cause they looked dirty and I declined...If anything was said about that it was already broken. It was not. I know it was not broken whenever I got a new car. The reason how I know that is cause I did look over before buying the car.)(I don't know where the reply section is for the owners comment is so ill just do this)

Vehicle has always passed inspection...I keep up wit my vehicle...however he(Mr.Walker)failed me for a non working right blinker in which he states does work just not properly... smh...never again....at least he made the company some extra money.
