I called Mr John to check on my son's vehicle Dec 2024 (Dodge nitro) , while my son was going to utsa, and he was very helpful and professional, reasonable and understanding too. I would definitely take my son's car there again if needed for the next semester at utsa. Thank you sir.

Horrible service lazy workers went to get my tire plugged and guy tells me oh we can’t do it cause your tire has a special foam inside..huh? Like bro I’ve had nails in these tires a few times this year and got them plugged once by me twice by other mechanics..but I guess he wanted to get back to his video game he was playing in the back smh how are they still open 😂

Excellent service, very polite staff. Honest service technicians. They explained everything, even though I was here only for an oil change. They made some recommendations that I definitely will get done here in the next few months. I came on a Monday morning around 11am as a “walk in” and didn’t have to wait long, in & out in less than an hour. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I drove in to get one blinker light bulb replaced (I even took a new bulb to replace it with) and was charged $86. When I got home, my husband said I was clearly overcharged for a small job. Repeat customer that will no longer be returning.

These guys took great care of us. We gave them a budget between 500 and thousand dollars to get my mom‘s car running as reliably as possible and after doing a thorough check, they very candidly said they would not put any more money into this car. they topped it off with fluids and refused to take any money from me. If you’re looking for honest reliable people this is your team.

I was very impressed with John and Donovan on a quick diagnosis of my car, more so how honest and humble these young.guys are, I am from Laredo and our cor broke down close to UTSA and went to their shop. Any one around that San Antonio area should go to John's shop to service their cars

John’s Auto Repair is truly such a good place to take your car in for repairs. Recently my car’s AC stopped working (my car is an old Honda civic) so I decided to take it here. Everyone was so nice and easy to talk to, and this is coming from a girl that HATES going to the mechanic because I never know what’s going on 😭. I dropped off my car at 730 and it was ready for pickup around 10. Super efficient and I was able to get my car before I had to go in for work!! Thank yall so much for your amazing service!!

Support your local small businesses! Brought my 2012 Nissan Titan for brake service for the first time and received great customer service from John and Donovan. Their price for my brake service was very reasonable and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary things. Great little auto repair shop!
