I will start by saying that I am very particular with my cars and the care they receive. I struggle to trust someone else taking a wrench time my baby. However, when I went to Johns Auto I was greeted like family and they took on my project without any hesitation. Kevin got right to work on my 2000 Corvette and I had heard from him just the next day about what we needed and where to go. No more than a week of time I had myself behind the wheel with a smile on my face. The work done here was exceptional. He took meticulous care of the car and gave very detailed notes for me to put away in my files. If ever I am in need of a trustworthy mechanic, at a fair price, there is only one place to go; John's Auto Repair.

I've taken my car to multiple garages in the Oregon City area and have felt like I've been taken advantage of many times. When I took my car here I felt like they really took care of me. Taken my car in twice and I plan to keep bringing it back.

Cindy is always forthcoming with her knowledge on engines and equipment of vehicles. She knows her stuff, and is humble and able to direct clients to the best way to fixing the broken vehicle. Kevin did a super job of diagnostic evaluation too. SUPER STOKED TO FIND REPUTABLE BUSINESS PEOPLE AT JOHN'S AUTO! A gift from God! Plus a loaner car!!

My car was throwing codes and going into limp mode randomly. Couldn't figure it out. Took it to John's and Kevin stayed on it like a dog on a bone. Finally found that a the insulation on a wire had rubbed through and was shorting out. Amazing.

I've been taking my cars to John's Auto for years and I would never go anywhere else!  Drop off is easy and they communicate with you efficiently throughout the whole process. Cindy and Kevin are really knowledgeable, reliable, and provide wonderful customer service. They do honest, high quality work at a very reasonable price. I seriously can't recommend them enough! :)

I went in and they didn't have an appointment for me, but they still fit me in and got the work done same day! I told them my budget, and what I wanted done, and they got everything done under my budget! They called me once they did an inspection to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle, and an estimate of how much it would be, before they did any work, and the amount they quoted over the phone was the same exact amount I paid when I went back in to pick up my vehicle. No hidden fees or pricey upgrades. Super friendly staff, this will definitely be my go to mechanic shop from here on out.

Thank you so much to John's Auto! Today my daughter and I were along ways from home when our tire went flat. We had just found the address we was looking for. I was on Mclaughlin blvd in Oregon City. I pulled over right away not even knowing what was around. Thank God we was almost right in front of Johns Auto Service. A nice lady came out to the street and had me back up in their lot. Then a awesome young man came out. Kevin had our tire changed for us so fast. He even put the flat in water and found it was leaking. They had us back on the road so fast. It was amazing! I went from omg. Panic. Long ways away from home. To help from total strangers that were closing in 15 minutes. They didn't even want to charge us a dime!. This place and these kind of people are the kind of folks you can trust. If i lived in the area i know where i would be taking my cars for any and all work needed. Thank you so much! The donut tire got us home safely. And. Your kindness and generosity warmed our hearts greatly. You guys rock! Thanks again! 😃
