The team was phenomenal, no detail was overlooked. They sent images of anything they recommended having replaced. With videos about the effects of these parts on my vehicle. That is just the technical side. Every person I spoke with or interacted with was top notch. I don't remember all of their names but I do remember Sarah's. She was extra great. I highly recommend Johnny's Automotive.

I felt a sincere welcome the moment I walked in. The service was excellent and very professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were the first ones to actual tell me the truth about how often I need to change my synthetic oil and marked it clearly on my reminder sticker. They even went the extra mile to adjust my automatic seat retraction upon shut off. It was driving me crazy to get that set up. Thanks again! I really liked the presents of the ladies in the shop environment. It gave a nice warm and welcoming touch. The rose was extra special which I enjoy everyday on my breakfast counter. Richard and Sarah took care of my 23 year old 4Runner yesterday. Richard advised me to not have the transmission flush I had scheduled due to the age of the 4Runner. He saved me almost $400. Richard is always professional and transparent on every aspect of auto repair.

I brought my vehicle in to have them troubleshoot an issue I had after having the battery replaced elsewhere. While they were unable to diagnose the problem, I was impressed with their efforts to correct the issue. And didn't even charge me for their time.

I have had to reverse my review of this auto mechanic. My car wouldn’t start so brought it to Johnny’s Auto. The following Monday the mechanic told me the engine was bad and needed to be replaced for $7500.00. Suspicious of their apparent cursory review and inability to site a root cause and before I had the car junked I had it towed to a dealer mechanic. Almost immediately I was advised the engine was fine and the issue was the alternator. Replacement cost $1000.00. I drove the repaired car and paid invoice back to Johnny’s to report this to them. I told them on their advice I almost junked my car and that they will never see me again.

I was only in town a few days to manage the repairs of my daughter’s car while she was here for school. The staff at Johnny’s was very courteous, helpful and informative about what needed to be done. They were able to get her car in and repaired within a day of stopping in. I highly recommend their services.

This was my first experience with Johnny's Automotive. By far, the best choice. They are all so friendly, detail when giving an estimate for service with pictures of your vehicle and all the parts. Service was completed in a timely manner. Fair pricing. And the bonus (I imagine for women) is a rose on your dashboard when you get in your vehicle to leave. Highly recommend.

Went here for an oil change. Had an appointment for 9am, they got it in right away and was done 40 minutes later ( they said to expect an hour). They did a safety inspection as well. Very satisfied with the service, no up selling. Will be back for other services as needed. Nice clean shop, clean waiting area.

Went in for my oil change. They also check out the whole car and as it turned out my battery was low. They asked me if I wanted to change it and of course I said yes because it was 4 1/2 years old. They ask you if you want things done and not just do it to increase you bill. I am very satisfied with the service that I receive from Johnny's Automotive!

I found a new mechanic! These guys are awesome. My truck needed a new temperature gauge. Sahra helped me and coordinated my drop off and pickup which worked perfectly with my schedule.
