Been to this shop a new times they have always been super nice. I hit a curb in the last snow storm and bent my lower control arm. They were able to fix it relatively fast. They are honest they did not say I broke more parts in order to make more money.

If you are looking for an honest mechanic, look no further. We have been taking our Jeep here for years, (it’s old) and they don’t charge us for unnecessary items that don’t need repaired. I brought my car in for a timing belt, and once they got the timing belt done they could not get it started. I waited about a month in order for them to try and get the car working again. Once I got the car home I was able to get it started in less than an hour. There was a fuse that got flip flopped with another. Communication overall was lacking. Most of the time when I got an update I had to go to the shop myself or call in order to get any information on what was being done with my car. I am very disappointed. So far the work that they have done seems to be holding up. I am just a bit upset that's something so simple eluded this shop. They even took out my fuse boxes in order to make sure that there was a proper connection, and they did not go through the fuses and make sure that the correct fuses were in the correct slots. This kind of thing is unacceptable in my opinion. If you have anything more than an oil change or basic services I do not believe I would recommend the shop.

I've been coming here for about five years now they are amazing and very friendly and helpful they get the Job done right with top quality and super fair on cost , I got all four breaks and rotors done for less than what it cost for just two anywhere else and done better then the other shops. All I can say is the every person at John Senter take pride in their work and customers

These guys were great from start to finish. My carrier bearing went out and due to engineering needed the driveshat replaced. They diagnosed the issue, arranged toeing and did the work in just a couple hours. The process was 200-500 less than antone. I called 12 other places. The work was outstanding and the part was super good quality as well. Side note, Greg was very knowledgeable and courteous throught. Highly recommend.

This shop has been so helpful to my Mom & Dad for their tire and automotive service needs. They attempt to do their best to minimize expense while performing repairs/maintenance in a professional and proper manner. Kudos to John Senter Tire & Automotive.

By far the best customer service I have recieved from an Auto shop, especially as a female. Last place I went too quoted me over $1000 to align my vehicle due to rusting (Im from wisconsin, but still), but Rich was beyond helpful and more than willing to take a look and try. Cost less than $200 to do it, and they were able to get it done with no sugar coating, no BS, just hard work. I appreciate his kindness, honesty, and their amazing prices. Highly recommend! They are awesome people all around, but Rich takes the cake!

I moved to Colorado a year ago and needed some car maintenance done. A coworker recommended John Senter tire and the men and women at John Senter do not fail!! They are reasonable priced and finish my car when they say they will. They truly take care of their customers and I don’t dread car repairs anymore, thanks to them making it such an enjoyable experience getting my car tuned up. Being a girl I know it’s difficult to explain car problems but they treat you with respect and have made me feel comfortable going to them with any minor car hiccup. I highly recommend this auto shop for anyone searching in the Colorado Springs area!

My car dumped a bunch of coolant on the ground one fine sunday. Reached out to John Senter and spoke with Greg on Monday and he said they'dgladly get it in. Recently had engine replaced by foundation hyundai and it turns out they forgot to clamp my heater hose back and did not advise me that my serpentine belt needed to be replaced. Greg called me Monday afternoon explaining what needed to be done and saved my old belt along with taking pictures of the hose that was not connected. They got my car done same day and provided me with what I needed to take to hyundai. Both Greg and Rich were extremely nice and I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for any maintenance needed on your vehicle! Thank you both so much for all your help!

TPMS light had been on in my Honda CR-V for a while, and I had already been to 3 other places who hadn't been able to fix it by the time I came here. The store looked really busy, but they took the time to check all my tires and then showed/explained how to calibrate the TPMS. Whole thing was done in ten minutes. It can be really hard to get quick great service like this for vehicles, and I really appreciated it.

This is the only shop I trust! I’ve been taking my vehicles here for years. They take there time to uncover any issues I have and to diagnose what is actually wrong. The entire staff is so friendly and professional. I have nothing but great things to say and proudly call them my mechanics

UPDATE: I have continued to use this shop and have no regrets. I would give them more stars if I could. They are always honest and straight up about what is a necessity and what is something to just consider. I moved all the way across town and still use them. ORIGINAL: I wish every customer service agent could be trained by Mike. He was just the nicest. I listened to him talk to several customers while I was there, and it was the same over and over again. He gets 5 stars. I was in today to mount and balance new tires I ordered online and have my alignment fixed. The work took awhile, but not unusually long for a mechanic shop. The price was great, and now my car rolls like a dream. I’ll definitely keep using these guys. Highly recommend!
