Always get knowledgable and quick responses from the staff. The owner has even driven out to a car issue himself when the crew was busy. My family relies on John Erb for car issues, instead of using the higher-priced dealership!

Dishonest; Horrible awful communication; Kept my vehicle for 7 days before they even looked at it. Kept saying we will look at it first thing tomorrow and never did. Don’t expect them to call you back if they say they will. Spent thousands of dollars to fix an issue that never got fixed. They replaced a bunch of parts they thought was the issue and never fixed what I brought it in for, and of the parts they replaced such as CV Axle and Driveshaft within less than a year aprox 6 months they failed and they wouldn’t cover under warranty. Denied to help in anyway whatsoever after already stating they would cover under warranty. Asked to speak with the manager(owner John) and was told he was avoiding me. After 8 days and 2 of those days waiting for the promised call from John I drove to the shop to speak to John in person. Without a curse word or a raised voice I tried to understand why they wouldn’t cover under warranty and was asked to leave and if I come back they will call the cops! I grabbed my truck and will never return. I highly recommend never going here. They save you money just to screw you in the end and cost you more. That doesn’t include the combined months plus between visits that they had my vehicle to never even fix the problem and only give me more problems. Time is money too. I’d give 0 stars but I can’t. All in all they will screw you over and when you ask why threaten to call the cops.

I finally found an honest mechanic! Service is great because they explain EVERYTHING from the work details down to the cost of parts. Staff is as down to earth as the owner. They deserve more than five stars!

Nice employees, the commercial got me to come in, however the $175 an hour labor charge will stop me from going back. Update in response to owner: That's great if those services are needed...when they are not it's expensive. I wish you continued success.

John Erb's did a great job troubleshooting our Jeep which stopped while driving and would not restart. It turned out to be more than one issue and they spent significant time troubleshooting and fixing the issue at a very reasonable price. The place for repairs!

I stopped by here this morning while driving my sisters car because I had a little emergency and they were super friendly. They quickly looked at it and fixed whatever it was and got me back on my way. Thank you for everything!!

I went to ask where I can get my tractor tire fixed and the owner and person with him rock! They helped me a lot and even gave me pens. Owner John is a gentleman, he will stop everything to help you. Go check them out!

Brought in my car Thursday, it didn’t get looked at until Saturday afternoon. Got a quote for $950, two other places I’ve called quoted $600 and $453 for the same thing.. seems almost predatory. A manager did help me, and got pricing down to $600, but at this point because of the inflated first quote, I’ll never spend another dollar here.

Good people, family owned business. They go to my grandmother's church and our whole family takes our cars there anytime something needs fixing. They won't milk you for every dollar they can get or take advantage of your lack of knowledge if you are not a car person. I've been going to them for 14 years since I first got my car and started driving and I would highly recommend them to anybody for car repairs

I don’t usually write reviews, but have to say the amazing service we got from Henry here! I had dropped my engagement ring in between the chair and center console and it was wedged where I couldn’t reach. In a panic, I called the closest auto repair shop. As soon as we got there, Henry helped us out, took the chair off, and was able to reach my ring!! He wouldn’t accept any payment or tip, but helped us out of the good of his heart. I highly recommend this place for any job. Thank you so much Henry!!!

We needed a truck for a move, and these guys were great. They were friendly, worked with my timetable, and affordable! Hopefully I'll never move again (so say we all!), but if I must I'll call here first!

We went there to get a moving truck and the person at the front desk was very helpful and understanding because we needed the truck for a few days and maybe more because we didn't know if the place we were moving into would be ready, and we even needed it for another day and he didn't give us any trouble and understood why, great service, great people.
