These people are very unprofessional, from the fireworks being thrown by the front desk staff to the engineers not being communicative with the front desk about my service, I had to run back and forth from the desk to the engineers so I can let them know what I needed. Terrible, service buyers beware.

DO NOT GO HERE. We totally got ripped off at this place. They are super shady. We called ahead to ask how much it was for a tire for my car and another tire for my husband. They said it was $75 for one and the other was $85. When we went to pay, they charged $90 and $120 instead. We got hit with hidden fees for sure. Completely dishonest. Never going back.

Went in for an alignment, took 4+ hours to do the alignment they told me they have it ready by 12pm went in at 10am. I arrived at 12 and they haven't even moved my car from the parking spot that I arrived in. They told me they'll have it ready in 30 mins and that they will call. An hour and a half passed and I got no call from them, so I stopped by and they had my car "ready" they were just sitting around when I was dropped off. They immediately try to sell me tires. And said that the truck was in perfect alignment but tires are bad. Drove it home and immediately the car pulled to the left. Not aligned at all. They are never touching my car again All just a big waste of time and money. I've heard bad things about this place before but I figured they been around for a while they know what they are doing. but the rumors are true. They are not good at their job and just wasted my time. Took my alignment paperwork to another shop and told me they didn't even fix my caster. And the price is cheaper. All in all don't go to Joe's tires!!!

This place is trash! I have taken two cars to them and it seemed to be going well bought rims from them for both cars and didn’t have an issue. Damaged a rim and to buy one it was half the price of the set and their reason for that was because if they didn’t have it in stock they would need to ship it, but I said you don’t have to ship it it’s in stock they said they still have to charge me for shipping . Then proceeded to take my car there and mount 5 tires they charged me 180, I bring my next car a month later to point 4 and they want 280 how does that even make sense. Rude and don’t care about anything just money

This place used to be my go-to tire replacement center. I am a very busy car service driver so I kept them very busy. After they accidentally connect to the hose to my bumper. After backing, half my bumper dropped onto the floor, damaging my Tesla sensor. I was in the vehicle, and they did not even make me aware of the damage once they released the hose from my car. The son Alex settled with me to pay the damage, but the reason for the very bad review is because his father, the owner, kicked me out of the shop and told me to never come back because he was upset that his son paid me for the damage to the sensor, which he gave me two free tires. I thought I gave them a good deal because I did not ask them to repair the bumper, which I simply did a temporary fix. There are a lot of good tire shops that have a much better attitude toward their customers.

1. Told me they had a used tire in stock over the phone, went to check it out, and they tried to sell me a different 1 bc the 1 I came for never existed 2. Told me a price for a new tire ($90) went through the purchase, and it shot up to $112, not even completely due to tax. 3. Called me and my partner by a disrespectful nickname when we were leaving 4. ⚠️The wheel hasn't stopped making a metal rubbing/scraping sound when going over dips or making right turns

Warning! Do not go to this garage. Very shady business practices. If you do decide to go here make sure you watch them the entire time or you might just find out they took your spare tire. You would think they would at least try to make an attempt to resolve the issue, but no it's your fault they kept your spare tire. Just glad I found out they did this while stuck on the side of the road.

Woke up with a flat tire cuz of a nail. Got it patched up for 20$ and was out of there in less than 10 minutes.

Terrible service! Staff gave me three different prices for all new tires and then when going to the office for payment, she wanted to add $80 more. Ridiculous! Don't shop there will get ripped off

Got ripped off then they tried to rip me off even more after I brought the issue to their attention. This place used to be good the guy changed. I would have gone to amigos tires but these guys were open and ended up getting duped for a lot of money that I definitely feel the effects from. You are taking a major risk going here. Not happy with how insulting the whole experience was.

Horrible customer service by phone , they end up hanging on me very rude when I ask for explanation for the price cause they said $150 a tire and I ask with installation and they said $250 with installation and I ask to brake down the price cause was almost double 😒
