Never expected this to happen here. I've been bringing my personal vehicle and my company vehicle here to be serviced, and will not be returning. This was a shady deal today as I went in for an inspection and they didn't test my window tint first and they performed everything and waited until I paid to tell me it failed because of the front windows.

Yesterday I had went for inspection and got me waiting for an hour. Nothing was done. They let a few other people skip ahead of me. They need to work better in time management.

Horrible place ! Some lady at the front desk who is as ugly on the inside as she is on the outside didn’t care that one of her technicians backed up a Marriott Hilton van into my parked car.

I was referred to go to Joe's Garage to get something done to my truck . I was greeted with a smile and a happy voice today . I got my truck fixed and enjoyed the clean waiting room and . The shop was very clean as well . Especially being an automotive repair shop . I will return to Joe's again .

When I say Do Not take your car to these people! If you have to have any work that’s more than a oil change or something simple this is not the place to go too. They lie and pretend like they can do the work but will have your car forever. I took my car to them Feb. 22nd and as of Mar 13th, my car is still not complete. They have lied constantly about the day my car will be ready and then when I get ready to come get the car it’s not ready. I have missed work because they have said oh your car will be ready this day and wasn’t. They pretend and say they’re going to take care of you but they are really screwing you over in the process. They take in more cars than they can handle and will put your car on the back burner.

They did not inform me of how much the cost would be before they did anything to my car. They told me the cost after they finished. I was blindsided and put in a uncomfortable position. This place was not good at communicating.

I think they don't know what they're doing. I arrived with my vehicle and they detected faults. I paid to have it repaired and it came out worse. I took it to the agency when they reviewed it they detected different problems. Do not take your vehicles, I do not recommend it 👎

One hour wait for a motorcycle inspection. Seems excessive to me. Must be because they are multitasking with auto repairs and parts delivery. Just being honest.

They are scammers, they tell you one thing and it is another, the prices are super expensive and they don't help you solve anything unless you pay them what they want, the lady told me that the inspection had not passed and that for 100 dollars they would do He passed it and after a while he came out and told me that they were already finishing. He was giving me an estimate of how much it would be to fix the sensor, which was the only thing my car had. I told him that I wasn't going to do it now because it was 600. dollars. Well, at least the impection had passed, that's what I thought and he told me that No, the 100 dollars was so that they could look at it and tell me what I had just for that reason and to top it all off he gave me a number of one on top of my papers. Madam, she would help me get through the impection and hide it from the papers that she had given me. They are thugs. I hope they don't need those 100 dollars for medicine. Let's see if it's enough.

When I say I have been taken my car to this place for 2 years I have gotten plenty of things fixed at Joe's garage, but I tell you I do not recommend these people and I tell you why Jessica tries to get joe to work with people that are regular customers but this last time I went to take my car to them to fix the check engine light they had me bring my car back over 5 times the parts they said didn't work from the discount part store they said it needed to come from the dealership I was fine with that then joe wants to try to charge me because of them getting the wrong part but Jessica said she always comes here give her a discount joe agreement right so then after several attempts to fix the problem never worked even once they said they got the dealership part check engine light was still on so I kept taking my car back to Joe's garage and then know they said we needed to keep it for a day I come to pick my car up they are banging on my car and don't know what they are doing had the young guys back there not knowing what they are doing at all they hurried up to get my car out of there and then they drove my car to test drive it and my car still was not fixed I called back then they tell me that it's something else wrong with my car after 5 times of taking it back and forth and paying money that I never got back and waiting several hours to so called get my car fixed and when I tried to call back Jessica sent the phone to voicemail on me so unprofessional here and when I tried to dispute it with my bank joe calls my phone yelling about my dispute the transaction this company is getting over on people stealing money and being rude but I tell you it's not over I'm still going to try to get my money back from this sad company that takes advantage of people and lie about fixing your car making up paperwork to make them look good everything comes to a end at some point.
