Thankful to have found Joe's Automotive in town. His hourly rate for labor was extremely fair compared to others. I dropped my car off at 8am, and my car was ready within few hours. I brought my vehicle in for an ac compressor, and I asked if he can look into a rattling sound I heard when I accelerate, it was a clamp missing from my exhaust, he took care of it for me at no charge. Any other mechanic would charge to get this done. His prices for oil changes are reasonable as well. Let's keep this business open! Spread the word. Thanks Joe. Much appreciated. I'll see you soon!

Phenomenal guy. I asked the mechanic to do a quick reset for me since I changed out the sensor and he was down to earth, wasn't trying to sell me on anything additional, and very personal guy. I don't know a thing about cars but he broke it down for me to my level of understanding.

Great service and his hours are really convenient. Our AC stopped working and I messaged Joe about it on Friday. He responded within a few minutes to schedule us for the next day (Saturday) and fixed the AC at a very reasonable price.

Highly recommend Joe’s Auto Service for all your mechanical needs. He is very professional , knowledgeable, friendly ,and thorough in answering any questions and explaining the work he’s doing or needs to be done. Joe has been working on all our family vehicles for a couple of years now. After more than 15 years with the same mechanic (who retired) , it was difficult to find someone new we could trust. Joe R. stepped in for us. He is honest, fair, and demonstrates integrity with every service. From simple oil changes to a complete lift system overhaul on the SUV - he always provides great service and very reasonable “family friendly” pricing. Joe does not just replace stuff like lots of other mechanics, he is bright and knows how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide cost effective options and solutions. A few more thoughts: Joe keeps our vehicles clean/neat when working on them. He is prompt with communication and stays true to his word. Personally I like to go to the auto garage the same way I like to go to the dentist, however Joe’s Garage is solid when we need repair and service; and his shop will be a great addition to the community. The garage is a little further from us at his new Bristol location but we are more than willing to go a few extra miles.

Had a great experience with Joe when I went for a routine oil change, super respectful about social distancing and getting my car in and out in no time! The hours are also super convenient since I work later in the day and weekends! I’ll definitely be going back to Joe for all/any of my car needs!
