Overpriced. Went there for an oil change. Charged 30 dollars more than anywhere else. They didn't change my oil filter and I had to do that on my own. On top of that when I picked my car up the battery was dead. They had left the key in the ignition and the headlights on for 2 hours. The guy was skeevy and wanted to sell me a new battery for something that was his fault. In addition, I tried calling a close friend for help and advice and he followed me around talking to me when I asked him to leave me be. Do not go here for anything. If you need an oil change, or something else basic go to Walmart.

Walked up and received a quote for 2018 Silverado 2500 brake pad and rotor replacement. 4 hours later, it was done. Just got here from Texas on a military move and just found my mechanic for the duration of these orders. 100% would recommend.

Had very small, unique issue that 3 other places didn’t want to do (or could fix…most likely didn’t want to spend time to figure out). Called here on Prez Day and Sam said to bring the car in. Had it figured out and fixed in 20 min. Nice guys who knew what to do!

I was on the fence about this review since this place has been my go to for about 5 years. No more though. Recently had my brakes done here on a very average car. They did pads, rotors, etc, the whole works. Cost was about $1200. I left and the brakes squeaked. I figured it would go away as they were broken in. 2 months later it was still making noises. I took it to a different place and had the suspension inspected. The shop informed me that the wrong brakes were placed on my vehicle. Joe's apparently deviated from manufacturers recommended and went with bottom of the barrel cheap brakes. I ended up having the other shop put the proper brakes on at a cost of roughly $500. I relied on Joe's to know what is required for my car and to recommend/do what is required. At no time was there ever a choice of brakes given to me. They did the work they did as cheaply as possible and I ended up paying twice for brakes. In my opinion that doesn't warrant the $120/hr or so in labor, as labor is based on skill and experience. They did me dirty by cheaping out. Photo is the bag (now trash) of wasted money on cheap brake pads that had to be replaced with proper ceramic pads. Overall I am just miffed at their service and skill.

Joe’s Auto Repair responded quickly to my needs. Indicator lights flashed for low coolant and tire pressure and the manual said to fix before continuing driving. I drove to Joe’s Auto Repair and they fixed it right then while I waited and the fee was minimal. I am very appreciative of their quick response and helpful service.

Very helpful! They got me in and out very quickly. Mr.Rod tested everything found my problem. Explained everything very thoroughly and the solution was very reasonably priced. Will be back and definitely guarantee to everyone!

Absolutely amazing service. We brought our car in to see what was wrong with our air conditioner since it stopped working. Joe diagnosed our car within a minutes. We walked in and received helped right away. Incredibly knowledgeable and great person. Thank you so much.

Fast service. Not completely upfront about the cost entirely. If somebody tells me it will be $235 all together for a battery swap, it means tax included. Not $235 plus +$14 tax after the job is complete.

My car was making awful loud noises and I was worried it was serious and I wouldn't make it home safely. I took it to Joe's at 4pm, they looked at it right away. Turns out the wheels got knocked out of alignment. They jacked it up really quickly, tightened the lug nuts, straightening it out and only charged me $40! Super quick & painless. He said it would have been really dangerous if I had not stopped & just drove it home. I am so grateful!!! 😀👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These guys diagnosed a bad wheel bearing and had it fixed in no time for a very affordable price. They even stayed late after their shop was supposed to be closed to finish the job and get me back on the road to Arizona. Very professional, quality work and done right the first time. I'll be back.

They completed the work requested at the price quoted. They came up with an idea to help it run smoother. They completed that for a little less than the estimate. It now runs great and they did great work. I'll be depending on them for my future repairs. Good people

Rod/Rob (Sorry if I got your name wrong!). Anyway the tall gentleman with a great smile that seems to be the one that interacts with the customers seems like an honest guy that does honest work. He didn't try to sell me bs and started with good news. I went in to get a check engine light diagnostic, turns out my gas cap was broken, he strongly advised I go to a Toyotq dealer for genuine parts as opposed to an aftermarket seller like O'Reilly because those parts aren't made to be reliable. He said the check engine light might come back on in a couple days if the problem persists. Sure enough, light comes back on, went back to Joe's, only for Rod to find out that it's the wrong cap. Turns out, the Toyota parts store got me the wrong one. Went back for an exchange and my check engine light has not come back on since. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOE'S!!!
