Mark helped me diagnose a sound my vehicle was making and turned out to be a pretty expensive part that needed to be fixed. They gave me a quote and I called around to other car repair shops and Joe's Auto had the lowest price. Definitely recommend. Quality work, good people, and fair prices.

I recently got an oil change and had my undercar shield popped back on at this shop. Both times I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they serviced my vehicle. During the oil change, they took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and provided a detailed report with pictures, all without the typical pressure to upsell. I truly appreciated the transparency, integrity, and great customer service I received at this location.

Took our car in to get it looked at. Had a horrible buzzing vibration throughout the car when the engines running. It was nice having Mark (a honest man) running the place. I was greeted with a nice welcome. Upon inspecting the vehicle he informed me that the transmission mount was worn out.. a job I didn't care to do in my driveway. So Junior (mechanic) and Mark were able to get the part and install it in a decent amount of time. I was happy to take my car to Joe's and know that my car is taken care of (no matter how difficult the car can be LoL) . I highly recommend Joe's. A job well done. 5* AAA+ service.

Very quick service, told me what was broken as well as what wasn't but could be replaced, gave me an estimate on the phone before starting, and I paid the same price when I picked it up. Very happy with this place.

Both my wife and I brought in our vehicles for service. My vehicle needed an entire 100K mile service. Mark was very thorough with the estimate that he emailed me. They also give you text message updates on your vehicle, especially if it’s a bigger job. Overall, we are pleased with the service and the results.

First time visit but not the last. Very comfortable atmosphere. No rush, informative and the work was done in a timely manner. Gave my truck a detailed once over with results which was comforting, especially when everything checked out ok. No hard sell. Communication was awesome.

I dealt with Mark here. I took my jeep in for 60k tune up and the initial quote was about half of what the dealership wanted. They found something else which could have caused a catastrophic failure had it gone unfixed with my cross country drive coming up. The customer service and communication was outstanding and the value for the service itself was awesome. And the digital vehicle report was a cool touch and I’m sure very appreciated by those that are worried about being overcharged. My jeep is running way better and now I have peace of mind for my trip. Thanks again Mark! I’ll be coming back next time I need anything done.

He sent a quote before proceeding and called 40 minutes before they were finished to give me time to work out getting back to pick up my vehicle. Outstanding customer service! Paid $300 for new battery. Upcharged but can’t refuse because I’m not knowledgeable about the intricacies of battery options (but Walmart sells for 180). Also costed me 1 hour of labor ($130) to diagnose and treat one of the most common issues. Won’t even take you 1 hour to change your own battery and at less than half the cost (but somehow it takes pros that long). Final kicker is they tried to charge me an additional 1 hour of labor to "diagnose" why my brake and other electrical warning lights were on. Guess what? They all turned off after I drove a mile with the new battery. Turns out if you want to save money by going to a generic auto shop, you could pay more! Because they're not specialists, couldn't recognize a common symptom of battery failure that resolves once the new battery is placed in, and will try to charge you extra due to their own incompetence. If I'm gonna hemorrhage cash over a car, might as well do it in the comfort of my dealership than a dinky auto shop. Re: Imagine insulting the car or SES of a customer. Keeping your image real professional and classy! If you drive anything less than a corvette or don’t have racks to pay double MSRP for the “premium” Joes auto experience LOL you can expect this treatment. Crazy self report tbh. Also notice how he has nothing to say about trying to swindle an extra hour of service out of the warning signs fixed after driving 1 minute. Not beating the allegations this time sadly. Hilarious projection about not putting up with me as if I wasn’t the one who refused to pay an extra hour of service fees. Really gives “no I’m not fired I quit energy”

Everything you could ever want from a mechanic! Mark was incredibly helpful, remembered me by name, and was honest about the process. Each service was broken down in the work order, and the rates were very fair. Although I don't hope for more car problems, I will definitely be coming back here when they happen!

I had coolant leaking on my engine in my new van, actually my first vehicle and was concerned about it. I drove to my closest mechanic and Mark had it all looked at it turned out to be just full over the line, they took all the coolant out and replaced it no charge! Really cool guys and I would highly recommend going to Joes auto. Thanks again

I originally wrote a negative review based on my experience with previous employees at this location. Once I was able to speak to the GM Alex and new shop manager Mark, my experience completely changed. They listened to my concerns and promptly addressed the issues. They were courteous, respectful, and understanding throughout the entire process. The repair in question was fixed quickly and correctly. This location has the proper people in place to provide excellent service. I would highly recommend Mark and his team.
