Exceptional Service from Taylor and the team. Affordable pricing, quick service and they even performed a full inspection and located a leak I would not have known about and gave a detailed write up with pictures that I could use to get a repair under warranty from my dealership. Definitely will return!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. They were able to fix my vehicle in a timely manner. As someone that works on my own vehicles, they shared mechanical information related to it and showed me their process on the vehicle repair. That for me is golden since most shops would get annoyed when the customer wants to see the work in progress. Definitely my got go to shop now when the work requires an expert beyond my means.

I have had a problem with the AC on my car for several months. My usual shop was unable to diagnose the problem after three visits. I figured I'd give Joe's Auto a try and they found the problem and fixed it.

I just left the shop and have to say, what a pleasure it has been. I have had this problem for weeks so I thought I would stop in and have them look at it and give me some advice. They not only gave me some advice, they fixed it right then and there. It is great to have a friendly and knowledgeable auto shop here in Ahwatukee and I highly recommend them for your automotive needs. I know I will be back for sure!!

My 2014 Chevy Silverado was having electrical problems recently. I was driving home from work when all the electricity in my truck was giving out. I made it off the exit ramp on Warner when my whole truck gave up. I had no electricity and my truck BARELY had enough power to pull over into a parking lot. I was lowkey pretty scared. To my LUCK I had pulled into the parking lot of Joe’s Auto mechanic shop. I walked inside the shop and was immediately greeted by Bill. I asked if I could keep my truck in the lot over night until I figured out what I was going to do and he kindly let me know that I could, and he’d keep an eye on it too! The next day I went back to the shop and was greeted again by Bill. I asked him if they could diagnose my vehicle. Once they looked at it they found out it was just my Alternator! They were able to fix my truck quick and easy and at such a reasonable price too! I highly recommend Joe’s Auto - Ahwatukee Customer Service was amazing 5/5 Price was great as well 5/5 Timing was also speedy 5/5 Thanks again for all the help from Bill and Jared at Joe’s Auto, you guys were great!

I just used the new Joe's Auto in Ahwatukee for the first time. The guys were great. They identified the problem and fixed it the same day. Also identified some other issues, backed up by photos of the problems. They were very patient & helpful in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. A very professional team. I've already scheduled my next appointment and would definitely recommend this shop!

I stopped by Joe's Auto because my tire sensor went off on the way to Tucson. Bill and Jared helped me with my tire, on a hot Friday afternoon, in the middle of their already scheduled work. Rarely have I seen such kindness in an auto shop. When I get back into town, I will be dropping off my son's car for service here. Thank you so much for the help guys!

Cory and Ed are the best! Woman hit my car in front of Joe’s Auto, blew out a tire. I asked Cory to install spare which Ed did free of charge. Quality people, they’ll handle all my vehicle needs moving forward.

I got my car inspected at several different places and kept running into the same issue! I came to Joes and Alex, Domenic & Genoa were AMAZING and figured out everything so quickly!! This is the quality customer service and top tier knowledge you can’t find easily anymore! A returning customer for sure.

Awesome service, got me in right away and found the issue with my AC that other shops were trying to charge me $1500+. Got an oil change and my AC fixed for less than $100. I'll be back soon!

Recently we had some issues on one of our vehicles, and they had a newer gentleman Genoa working! He was honest, intelligent, kind, caring, and really helped us understand the issue with our vehicle. Additionally, he never made me feel stupid about any questions or concerns I had. It’s reassuring to see that in such a tight economy, there is a shop that truly cares about the people, not just their wallet. I’d highly, highly recommend this shop!

The kindest & most helpful people!!! After hitting a piece of rubber on the freeway and bending back my skid plate I was panicked to find someone to help me. I pull off and pulled right into Joes Auto and was immediately helped. They repaired the plate and inspected my car to make sure there wasn’t any major damage. They did not charge me and sent me on my way very quickly. This was the absolute luckiest outcome to an unlucky situation. Thank you!!!!!
