Called the shop a couple of times to set up a time for them to look at my car because I know it will take some time. Left a message like the machine said. It's been 2 weeks and still waiting for a call back. I can't wait this long for a call back for my cars AC when it's late June in AZ.

I would never ever ever use this guy. I took my SUV into him when I had a whine that was coming from the rear of my vehicle. I had it diagnosed at the dealer as a rear end failure that needed replaced. He said the replacing the rear end was a big job he couldn't do and would need dealer parts etc. But he thought the problem was actually the wheel bearings and quoted me about $400 to replace them. So now I had to question who was actually telling the truth and what parts actually needed replaced the rear end or the wheel bearings. So I did further research and got more unbiased opinions on the vehicle and ultimately found out it was definitely the rear end and no way the wheel bearings would be causing this. I would have paid him to replace the wheel bearings which did not need replaced and still had the issue. My father paid about 6 k to have a replacement engine put in struck from Joe. When he installed the engine he never properly installed it and connected the electrical. His gauges for his engine do not work properly. No rpm, the check engine light was on and airbag lights on. He tried to bring the vehicle back and have him fix it but Joe said he didn't know how and to take it to the dealership. He did not give a refund for what was paid. The engine also ran rough. Now the engine doesn't run at all. He did not install the engine properly and does not warranty his work.

Very honest place to take your vehicle which would explain why they have alot of Business. I'd call ahead of time and make an appointment. Very satisfied with work done on my car. My window wasn't rolling up and my ac stopped working but all was fixed in a timely manner and at a decent price. Refuse to go anywhere else to have my car worked on. Joe is very friendly and professional showing me my car is in good hands. 👍

When I need things done I ask my friends for their recommendations. Apparently none of you have friends so I'll speak 😁. Mild mannered and humorous. Completely fair price and flawless clean work. Sent pictures and communicated during the repair. Was completed on time as quoted. You want more than that go find a Craigslist shade tree to make you cry

Quoted me $850 to replace the the compressor. Took it to another shop and they replaced the o-rings cost me $100 bucks blowing cold as ice now. Stay far away from this scammer.

Started taking my car to Joe's after being disappointed with 2 different dealership service centers. I haven't had any issues with my car since making the switch. Joe's is very professional and they do quality work. I would highly recommend them. For reference, I drive a Mazda CX-5.

Went to have ac checked. Told him my car was only putting out heat He pulled the car up. Popped the hood . Closed the hood and said he can't do anything because it's wired wrong? No further explanation other than gave a business card for another shop who does electrical repairs and walked away. I saw no tools no equipment nothing. My car has never had wiring work done. Didn't spend 10min with me.
