I do not recommend this place . Joel is so quick to get the money but wont answer phone calls after. This shop & workers are so unprofessional. My brother’s truck was sitting outside for almost a year. He kept making excuses about why he didn’t order the parts for his truck . The only reason he “fixed” my brother’s truck was because we sent him a certified mail. As soon as we brought the truck home we found out he didn’t fix it , but mess it up more by connecting the WRONG sensors in the WRONG spot . We now have to pay extra for a different mechanic to figure out whats wrong with the truck . Please save your money and go else where because you will only receive stress and headaches at this shop . Also , he didnt refund my brother his 2,300.00 .

Please run! Find another mechanic. He will have your car in the shop a whole year with out even doing anything to the vehicle. When you try to contact him he only gives excuses.

Do not support this business they will ignore you if you aren’t Hispanic. Stay away from this business. You go for help and they completely ignore you. It’s shameful like our money isn’t good enough for them.

I wish there was a way to not give them any stars!!! This shop is a rip off! They promise to fix your vehicle and it will sit there for a long time even though he is quick to ask for money upfront. My dad is retired and trusted Joel to fix the motor in his truck. He have him the runaround for weeks before actually starting to work on it. After that the truck sat on the side somewhen and was not touched, his excuse that he was waiting on a motor, then the motor was no good, next excuse he ordered a new motor, truck sat there for weeks again and bottom line could not fix it and he is never there when you stop in to follow up on it. My dads vehicle has been at this shop for 6 months!!! Now he feels he can return some money after a certified demand letter but its not even close to 50% of what he has already been paid! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUISNESS!!

Joel's auto service SUCKS. I PAID HIM $2500.00 TO GET MY BROTHERS truck in working order. After a year he had not done a dam thing to it. He is full of lies. He did not offer a return of my money either. He is a sorry M F. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. STAY AWAY...

NO VENGAN AQUI PURO DESMADRE QUE TIENE DEJAN CARROS Y TROCAS DE LOS CLIENTES AFUERA DE SU SHOP. SIEMPRE DICEN QUE LO VA ARREGLAR Y NUNCA TERMINAN LO QUE PROMETEN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. QUIEREN EL DINERO ADELANTADO PERO NUNCA HACEN NADA. THERE IS SO MANY COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS ITS UNBELIEVABLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO NO ONE!!!!

Terrible business, owner is not responsible for their mistakes and employees. Employees do not help at all. Owner only cares for the money & never finishes any job. Too many excuses for the simplest things. Can not even finish a simple job the place is a mess and their is no organization/communication whatsoever. I will stay away from this shop for now.

The details of my experience are of my friends. He had a truck over hailed there. It was costly. And took longer than quoting said. End the end he took home a motor with no transmission fluid in it. He does not tow. And because of the warranty asked my friend to return the truck to his yard. Repairs are on going.

had my inner and outer tie rods changed also complete strut assembly, lower control arms and ball joints. Great service spoke to Joel about other issues and he answered my questions. Awesome price and car was ready the same day each time I dropped it off. Waited about only an hour for both my front struts and lower control arms to be worked on. My brother in law recommended him to us and I've been bringing my car to him ever since I had an issue with my air compressor.

Muy mal servicio el como mecánico no tiene palabra y ya le pague y mi carro tiene 6 meses no se los recomiendo hombre sin palabra mal servicio y se agarra a peliar con los clientes y se gasta el dinero yo kisiera que me oyeran las autoridades para ponerle un alto o la ciudad de Houston por que esto que ase ese señor es un sin vergüenza
