Joel and his team are truly honest, knowledgeable and professional mechanics. I feel like Joel really cared about my concerns and treated me like family. He diagnosed my noisy car and it is now purring like a kitten! Not only did he give me a fair price, but as a senior, I have complete trust in his experience and judgment!

First timer who will now not go anywhere else but to Joel & his team! Being a female it’s hard to come by honest mechanics. Joel took my car in gave me a quote of was needed and was spot on. Honest, fair priced, great work & communication. Got everything done in timely manner. Can’t recommend Joel & team more!

They were five stars in Pelham, NH and they are five stars in Dracut, MA too! It's almost impossible these days to find truly HONEST, CARING, and CONSISTENTLY AWESOME auto mechanics. Their staff is super friendly, Joel is always polite and upfront about what I need done (and about what I don't - especially if another 'shop' closer to home tries to con me!) and he's not afraid to tell me about what can wait until next time. Joel's Auto Repair doesn't take advantage of novice customers when they're vulnerable - I'd put money on the fact that he's a rare breed in the auto repair industry!!! From now on I'll push or tow my cars from where ever I break down just to make sure his shop is the one to take care of my car needs. His service and professionalism certainly makes it worth it!

Went there for the first time today for a front end alignment.. I had already replaced any worn parts. Got the truck back in 3 hours. Very nice people, professional and good prices. Didn't try to sell me work I didn't need.. will be back in the future for sure.

My first impression is he seems kind and honest. I have had issues in the past with mechanics, overcharging and overlooking issues. He is reasonably and affordably priced. My only regret is not finding this place sooner, I got quoted hundreds more for half the work at speedy. I dropped the car off at 8:20 and it was done by 3. They even had to grab a part from a warehouse. So far the work seems amazing, I definitely think I found my new go to guy for car work! Thank you!

Positivity the best auto shop in Lowell area. The guy’s isn’t trying to break you. Go solid work at a very reasonable rate and time. I will not bring my family’s vehicles any where but here. If you need a repair, give him a try you won’t be disappointed. And if you need a very nice used car go to his brother at Charlie’s Auto in Pelham , very nice cars
