I'm not happy at all with this service experience. First and foremost, they have doubled the cost of an oil change, but there is no value for money. They have started charging the customer a credit card fee (3%), I'm sorry, but yall do enough business, at an over inflated price, that you can eat the credit card charge. Let's get to the oil change service, for $120 plus tax and credit card charge. They did a horrible job. I made an appointment, so i didn't have to wait as long, but that didn't work at all. Part of the service was to rotate my tires. They asked where the wheel lock key was, and I told them in the glove box. The service advisor came back to me and said they went through my whole entire vehicle and couldn't find it. There was no reason to go through the whole vehicle when I told them where it was. They brought my vehicle back up, and I went out to it and pulled the wheel lock out of the glove box, and handed it to them. When they did the multi point inspection, part of it was to inspect the brake system. How can you do that before you pull the wheels off, you can't. I really don't understand how they did their job so half assed. It is honestly not that hard to do. They even left the floor and seat protection in my vehicle and didn't even wipe down the steering wheel. It's going to be really hard for me to come back here for anything.

My service advisor Pam was the best, from describing what was wrong with my car to the process of getting it fixed and on the road. Great experience. Even got a loaner car while my car was waiting for parts.

Both Brandon and the service man that took care of the final action were very professional and cordial and helpful unfortunately I still think it takes a little too long for just an oil change but I've always had forts I'm 63 I've had a Ford since I was 18 I will still continue to buy a Ford

I bought my truck from Joe Myers and I have to say that they are one of the nicest people in the business. I get my truck serviced here since it was new and I have never had a bad experience with them. The staff is always courteous and extremely professional and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Keep it up guys!!!!!

Like I said several times ...since I have moved here in Houston ...I have used Joe Myers Ford for my services on my Ford Explorer Sport..The people have all been very professional...curious and seemed very concerned for what I came in for ....services for my vehicle.. I brought in a friend of mine he bought a vehicle from them and they gave me a full tank of gas...that was very nice ....KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK...
