Progressive recommended this place as one of their preferred repair centers after my accident. The lady that called to schedule my appointment was so rude - when I asked her what that process involved she stated "we take the car and you get it back when we we are finished" and unable to answer any of my questions regarding timelines, protocol for settling with insurance and how the inspection works. I did not choose to take my vehicle to them after the customer service on the phone. I do understand that collision repair requires checking more than the outside scratches and that not everything is certain but her tone and attitude was more than enough to make me avoid this place.

I've used the services of Joe Hudson Collision Center three times since 2018. The quality of the work done there is 100% top-notch. The staff there is very knowledgeable and professional. Every step of the way throughout the repair I received texts letting me know what stage they were in on the repair. I've never experienced anything like it, what a great piece of added customer service. My car was returned to me so much cleaner than it was when I dropped it off, both inside and outside. I recommend this shop to everyone and I dare you to find a more fairly priced one in Greensboro.

If you're looking for a collision center with great customer service, Joe Hudson's is the place to go. They communicated with me every step of the way and repaired my car early, which was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would! Not only did they do a horrible job at fixing my car, they ordered a part and broke it. Not to mention, we were given a rental for two weeks after our rental had to be turned in, this place had yet to fix my car due to them braking the part. We had to pay out of our pockets for the extra 2 days. Mind you they told us to take the car and once the part had arrived they would let us know, They never reached out after telling us they would connect us. After trying to reach out to them multiple times via email and phone call we would always get rescheduled. Once the got the “right” part to the car they ended up losing one of the screws. Not to mention, I went to get an oil change and the mechanic notified that many parts were reused and not put on correctly. There are screws that were not put on at all causing even more damages. Further more due to missing screws the in the air conditioning hose ripped. This is by far the worst place to get your car repaired. They did such a poor job. I do not recommend this place at all.

Not really satisfied, drove 40 mins to Greensboro to pick up my wife’s car, scratches all over the fender still and missing tire stem cover. Had to come all the way back the next day to pick up, looked better but still not good, left body shop and went to my detailer to have it buffed. Other than wet sanding and rebuffing didn’t seem concerned with this. Replaced tire stem cover with one that doesn’t match and isn’t factory. Won’t be back. Also updates are off, last update said July 1 and i called to ask about extending rental car and they told me the cars finished already and has been finished.

If your car needs any body repairs I recommend Joe Hudson’s Collision in Greensboro. My car was damaged in the parking lot at Lowes and they had it fixed and matched with the exact color as well as the repairs in record time. Also kept me updated with regular texts concerning the status of my vehicle which I really appreciated.

Last year, I went there to get my vehicle fixed from a collision. I received my vehicle back on the date they said it would be done. There was a small area smudged. They took it right back and fixed as I waited. All employees were very friendly and helpful!
