Recently filed a claim on an accident that required the replacement of both doors from the driver’s side of my SUV. With the approval of our insurance company, Joe Hudson’s Collision Center was the body repair shop we did business with. While working with Jorge “George” Sanchez, I felt well taken care of. He was thorough in explaining what was to be expected of the repair process. I can thankfully say that the replacement of both doors looks as good as new. This is a business you can feel safe entrusting with great and timely care of your vehicles. From the convenience of car rental pick-up and drop-off service they have negotiated with Enterprise, to the attentive and friendly staff we talked with, to the exceptional results of our repairs, our overall experience with this business was without any complaint.

I am incredibly grateful to Joe Hudson's crew for their exceptional service! I had to pay out of pocket, so I shopped around for estimates, and they were not only able to work within my budget but went above and beyond to help me save money. They completed the repair in less than four days and even reused some parts to keep costs down. Their willingness to accommodate my needs and their friendly, professional demeanor—from the front desk staff to the production team—made a financial stressful situation so much easier. La verdad no recomiendo este taller lleve mi vehículo al concesionario ya que está en garantía y es nuevo y el en Concesionario por ser un defecto en la carrocería, ya que puerta no cerraba bien y producía un ruido muy molesto decidieron llevar mi vehículo a este taller para ser reparado y me lo entregaron con una abolladura en la carrocería y una marca en la parte superior de la puerta y no se hicieron responsable de la ocasionado y dieron el diagnóstico que yo como propietario lo había echo con el cinturón de seguridad comentario que es totalmente falso ya que mi carro al momento de que lo entregue no tenía ningún tipo de detalle ya que tengo apenas 1 mes de haberlo comprado!

DO NOT COME HERE! I do not recommend. The light kept coming on which never happened before. I looked at other people reviews, and they also stated that they too had their red air bag light to come on as well. They don’t want people to know. Go elsewhere do not go to these people: THEY WILL NOT UPDATE ON NOTHING CONCERNING THE INSURANCE COMPANY, REPAIRS, OR ANYTHING. Hold these people liable. Also, AS CUSTOMERS WE CAN SUE THEM TOO FOR CAUSING PROBLEMS TO OUR VEHICLES TO GET THEM TO REPAIR IT!!!

I was so pleased with the experience at Joe Hudson Collision Center. They were very quick and did a perfect body work job. The whole office team I dealt with, was friendly and helpful. I received text messages often telling me when my car would be ready and the status of the progress of it. They actually called me before the expected date to let me know that my vehicle was ready. Super pleased. Can't say enough about the customer service, it was great.

chosing this shop for repair my car thru all state insurance network , it said they will contact within 1 bussiness day , but 1 week already , no call or text ,then i called to all state again , an agent called them and told that "Joe Hudson's Collision will call me within few hours " and not get any call . If you don't want to do a bussiness , don't do it , don't waste our time .

The body damage that needed to be repaired was not extensive and yet it took a month for the repairs to be complete due to “back ordered parts”. We took the car home still waiting on a part that was on “back order” and were told they would contact us with update but they never did. I had to call every couple of weeks for 3 months and they part was still on “back order”. I finally had time to go by my local dealership and amazingly the part was never in back order and they got it to me in 2 days. Don’t take your car back until everything is done.

I just received my vehicle today, I will say without overreacting. It came out amazing, as if I just got my car from the dealership again for the first time. Seeing the repair fixed and the paint blended in….i was in shock and awe. Tim and the team did an excellent job especially reaching out to me about updates of my vehicle! Highly recommend taking your vehicle here to get it fixed. In the bottom you will see a before and after pictures from the team taking their time and showing their craftsmanship. If I have the same problem with any damages I’d take it again, you found yourselves a new customer!

I stopped by Joe Hudson's Collision Center for an estimate on scratches on my car door and a tiny ding on the hood. George took a look at them and then asked to take the car into the bay to do the estimate. When he brought my car back out, he showed me where he touched up the scratches with paint, making the scratches practically invisible and making the car look much better. It would have been easy for him to charge more than two thousand dollars to do the repairs, but he DID NOT CHARGE me for the touchups. The kindness was, unexpected, humbling, and amazing. I highly recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center and will gladly go there again should the need arise. THANK YOU! ☺️

I was very satisfied with the customer service and professionalism of the specialists at Joe Hudson's Collision Center. They scheduled my drop-off appointment at a time that was convenient for my schedule and coordinated with my car rental so I wouldn't have to be without a vehicle. Tim Wright and their team kept me well informed of the progress on my repairs all along the way. And, my vehicle was ready a day earlier than promised. Hopefully, I won't need repairs again anytime soon. But, if I do, I will definitely be back to Joe Hudson's.

Very unprofessional and horrible quality of workmanship. I took my Toyota Tacoma to the Toyota Dealership and then Toyota sent it to Joe Hudson's. (I won't name the Toyota Dealership because they had no part in the horrible workmanship done. In fact, they actually did many things to try to make things better because of the bad workmanship of Joe Hudson's Collision Center). The first time I went to pick up my Tacoma as they said it was complete, the decals were not straight and had bubbles under them. Sent the Tacoma back. Second time they said it was done, you could see debris in the paint where they painted and gouges where they used filler/bondo. It was so obvious I questioned how does this get by their quality control? Is my vehicle used as a training exercise for a first time body and paint person? The interior was extremely dirty from body shop dust. With marks in my seats, headliner, doors, etc.... Allover looked horrible. Take note my Tacoma was basically a brand new vehicle and I kept it very clean. Sent the Tacoma back, and now I starting to get upset and question the Toyota Dealership in their choice of body shops used. The third time I went to pick the Tacoma up, I noticed primer overspray in the door jambs, lower corner of the cab, and on the side steps. Door interior trim piece scratched up from probably a removal tool. DA sander marks on the right rear passenger door. And a kick panel that was broken and just pushed back into place. At this point I was done and told the Toyota dealership I'm taking my Tacoma somewhere else to fix all the issues. Clearly, Joe Hudson's is not capable and nor do they care. Update to your response... I did submit feedback to your corporate site. I took my Tacoma to AutoNation Collision Center and they addressed ALL the issues and ended up redoing everything y'all did.

Unfortunately not the desired experience. Got multiple quotes after an elderly couple hit my wife’s car. All quotes were similar (~$4k) so we went with Joe Hudson’s bc we had an excellent history with previous owner (Color Customs). Elderly couple graciously provided cash to pay for it. Once work began Jorge says it will be another $3k. I certainly understand this can happen once they are able to dig in closer on the damage, but felt we owed it to the other couple to get a second opinion bc of the significant amount more. We wanted to confirm this with another shop before going back to the elderly couple to ask for another $3k. This is when we were told we couldn’t leave with our vehicle before we paid $244 for a ‘tear down’ fee? So we did. I spoke to Jorge and Jeff (his manager) and reminded them of our loyalty of our 4 previous trips there and all cash paid. I also mentioned I have 2 teenage boys driving where there could certainly be more future business. This didn’t seem to matter to him. I was kind to them and asked them both if they felt like this was the ‘right thing to do?’ As a fellow business owner in Denton it was sad to see them lose my business over $244. Now that our vehicle is fixed without paying the extra $3k they’ve lost my trust and any recommendations we may have in the future. Took car to Caliber Collision and they repaired it within a week for the original quote they gave me which was the same as the original quote from Joe Hudson saving our fellow denton residents the burden of me asking them for another $3k. It looks amazing and the service and communication at Caliber Collision was amazing.

Excellent service by Jorge Sanchez and I felt very well taken care of the entire process. Every question answered and I even got it earlier than what we agreed upon. Overall I had the best experience out of a bad accident.
