I would NEVER recommend Joe Hudson collision. They did a horrible job on my truck. Couldn’t even line up the hood and fender lines properly I had them realign them twice because they couldn’t get it right the first two times. They missed other places on my truck as a result of the accident but could only give me excuses after excuses. Not only that but they strait LIED to me. After they put the wrong size and type of tire on my truck and told me that they don’t make my tires any longer. I made ONE phone call and found my exact tire ! And they wouldn’t do anything to make it right !! They didn’t even call me to see if I could help them get the right tires for my truck. They are LAZY and do NOT care for the customers. They completely made me feel like I was the at fault driver !! When I was the one that got hit !! DO NOT !! Bring your vehicles to them !!

Stopped in for a minor repair. Manager and staff were very accommodating, friendly, courteous and completed repair in minutes. Will recommend Crystal River facility to everyone. I give them "5 Gold Wrenches"!!!! Thank You, Gary Pruim

Took my truck in for front bumper damage, it came out looking like new.

Picked up my truck after having the frt repaired and parts replaced. 02/14/24 They stated they could not find aftermarket grill, and would ask insurance to get oem part. After taking home I found most parts misaligned and bolts missing. I called to find out where my grill was and to complain about quality. He stated they would adjust everything when they get grill. After several more calls I gave up. Now it is 07/09/24 and no call.

I am extremely happy with the work done to my truck after being rear ended. The body shop was able to match the paint even with truck having fade from the sun. My truck looks as if it never been in an accident. After I reported accident to my insurance company I did not have to speak with insurance again. It was a easy process for a difficult situation.

They have had my car for just shy of a month. Quoted me 10-17 business days to fix it. They never call to give updates like they promised, when you do call yourself you will be greeted by either people that are rude because you're calling or people that can't be bothered to put you on hold while they are yelling across the room. This is the second week in a row that my car is "being prepped for paint, we are hoping for the end of the week for it to be done". What a joke.

Very disappointed with the workmanship performed ony vehicle. Door molding don't line up like they should. Driver side tie rod was loose with the nut ready to Fall off. Bolts were missing holding the panel under the engine compartment. Had black adhesive inside and out on the driver's side where accident happened. I'm a mechanic of 30+ years.
